Hello, I have repeatedly encountered the problem of hosting parties on Scener, viewers who join my party cannot see the videos I play. I see an error on the client side. However, when I go to other users' parties, I can see what they are playing. I have already contacted the Scener support service, m I was sent the same letter twice, which does not answer my question: how can I fix the situation and start using Scener again?

How to fix Scener app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Scener app on iPhone
Update Scener app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scener iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scener on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scener network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Scener Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Scener not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Scener App
1. On android, goto Settings » Scener » click [Force Stop]

Update Scener to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scener App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Scener » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Scener.

Fix Scener unable to contact server/ Scener internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Scener » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Scener » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Scener
