SCAM !The bonus promo is just ridiculous. It’s complicated and basically tricks you into signing up. I tried to contact the support chat and they said wait 8 minutes to look into account. Well my phone doesn’t just B leave a screen open for 8 minutes. That was no help. Everything about this is confusing. I use other sites which are much easier. I’m just trying to play through what I paid for and my “ free spins” because the promised $10 a day is not just $10 a day you have to play real money not just a $1 and get $100. Not just a dollar and get your $10 a day . You get the $10 by earning points and that means spending more of your owns money. I say look at other sites like golden nugget , FanDuel, bet rivers , Cesar’s palace they have much better bonuses that they really give you. Don’t waste your time, I’m sorry I did.

Update it’s even WORSE when you try to tell them you never got your money bonus they say you did. Every time I went to instant bonus it said 0 and I never received the $10. It’s honestly a SCAM! They were supposed to send me an email of my play so I could see this So called bonus , no email. The chat times out. And they can’t produce what they say I did. I only used the free spins and the money I put in! NO ONE a will help. I’m so upset bc they LIE and I hate LIARS . I have tried to chat so many times and they are no help.

I downloaded the app and loaded $100. I played and lost. So I like anyone else deposited another $100. On the first spin, I got a message, you are in verification. Security will reach out to you shortly. Never received the request. Went back and forth with live chat, they are unable to help. You must wait on email. Then instantly my “restrictions and limits were removed”. I thought ok, am just being sure it was me. I of course lost again and was like ok another $50. As soon as that was approved I was locked out and under investigation. Due to me wagering on 2 different games (closed one and started a new one) I was suddenly under investigation because they weren’t sure who I was after providing birthday, social and all 3 questions that no one else is supposed to know. Unfortunately they are unable to help me for 7-10’days and I’m unable to withdraw any funds until I provide more information such as bank account and routing numbers and an official bank statement to show I own the account. Something doesn’t sound right and honestly you should read all the reviews. They take your money and lock you out.

Worst app by far. I was randomly logged out mid spin, randomly “security check”ed after a deposit and unable to play for hours and unable to log in due to requiring a PIN number never sent to my phone and 0 customer support. I admit I let myself be robbed, blow what I put in once able to get back into it with again 0 response from customer support hours later. I believe the games are fair and they have good selection but this app is not how you play them. Being randomly logged out and being sent a pin at the same time to log in when mid game is horrifying and not being able to log in again for minutes after placing a bet and wondering what happened. Something feels terribly off and I know I’m willing to lose cash gambling but this is no good experience. I did not withdrawal I just took the loss and won’t play here ever again and will let anyone know this is a scam. Play any other casino app is what I beg anyone reading this and this app will never have my business again.
