Only works 40% of the time.
The app is only useable 40% of the time. I can log in but it doesn’t let me click on anything. Frustrating when you need access to info, directions and medication lists. You’d think CC would be on top making sure their patients have easy access to their health records and info on My Chart. It’s been like this for weeks.

What happened?
The new update just opens the app then force closes it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Never should have updated it when it worked fine before! 😡

Copying other apps, they do this a lot, they need to focus on what they do best and provide care not be a technology company. App is terrible. Don’t recommend it
