Most aggravating process to change! Stick with old MyChart

Most aggravating process to change passwords which they demand. Tried 5 times, if your use a password manager it’s next to impossible. Im giving up and use the old my chart. Why didn’t transfer existing password and user name? Really good reason to stick with existing MyChart!

Horrible update. Nothing works. Tap on an icon takes forever to load then tells you it had encountered an error. Truly futile to use

The app is only useable 40% of the time. I can log in but it doesn’t let me click on anything. Frustrating when you need access to info, directions and medication lists. You’d think CC would be on top making sure their patients have easy access to their health records and info on My Chart. It’s been like this for weeks.
