I have a problem with AscendEX

Margin account does not not allow any transactions. "stale reference price" is the message when I try to place the order.

To resolve AscendEX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AscendEX App
1. On android, goto Settings » AscendEX » click [Force Stop]

Clear AscendEX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AscendEX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AscendEX.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AscendEX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AscendEX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
