Have looked over the entire app for well over an hour and cannot find anything regarding my personal history. I need to know when I last had a dexa scan etc. It is very infuriating! Imagine trying to find the information for the doctor during an office visit? Oh how I miss “My Medical”. It was clear, precise and did not show any unnecessary information . All I want is to see my own, previously entered information: and input relevant new information. I am exhausted and this app only makes anxiety worse!

Again, I can find me the DEXA scan nor the mammogram. In fact, my information is clearly not available in this app. I am losing patience with it. Would you kindly stop making changes that makes you look good, but is detrimental to the patient.

Well, what can I say? Just like this app, I have huge amounts of data and no way to quickly and efficiently find what I need. Like so many others, this app was recommended by MyMedical when they passed from existence. 😥 What I’ve found since then is that Tidy Health has tried to be all things to all people, which makes it extremely difficult to actually find what you need when you need it. My answer to my doctor is always “I know that I have that information, but I can’t seem to find it! Sorry.” I could offer numerous examples of how Tidy Health is trying to encompass every single little detail regarding your health history, but we’d be here for days. So, Tidy Health, if you’re reading this, maybe you’ll understand my frustration and allow the user to customize and use the app features that they want stored. Thank you to everyone that took the time to read this and to Tidy Health for allowing me to share my concerns.

Wasn’t sure what I was going to do when My Health was shutting down I have used it for a couple years now and had a bit of information in it. But I decided to try Tidy as that was there recommendation and am glad I did. Other than finally giving up on trying to import old data from My Health I like this new program better the layout and organization suits me better as well as the user friendly aspects and privacy. Yes there will be bugs and things some people don’t and never will like about any program but for a fairly new one they are off to a good start and seem willing to listen to our input to make it even better I have gotten quick responses to my questions so far, so give them a try I haven’t seen a better one even for $ more (you got that it’s free right).
