This is definitely the worst app I ever installed, always crashing, full of errors, slow and not to forget to mention the failures to sign into account and save details. Etihad Airways should be ashamed for publishing such app like this as it’s basically waste of space and cause nothing but headaches. I will never ever recommend EtihadGuest to anyone. Even though I’m a fan of Etihad bit EtihadGuest is a shame and the developers either need to put it down before they destroy the airline reputation or to a whole new fully functioning app to replace this.

I put my credentials and it asks me for otp which is sent to my email. 7 times and 7 different otp's all of them show invalid otp. Maybe don't hire the cheapest bidder for everything. I know kids in high school who would make a better app.

Ery poorly managed

Trying to use my miles to buy stuff in Yas Mall but no notification comes up for me to claim. Very bad!

The worst app ever. It says there is an update. You click on update it takes me app store but there is no update. Woww what a great experience

After the last update, it keeps asking for updates and not working

Theres a review from a year ago about this endless loop of “please update app” thrn there being no update… shocking to see it’s still a problem

EtihadGuest was really bad but it used to work! Now if I open EtihadGuest , it says I have to update but there is no update in App Store?! I deleted EtihadGuest and reinstalled it and the same issue

EtihadGuest doesn’t work and is considered weak and cheap for such a big company like Etihad, it crashes a lot and hasn’t been working for the past couple of days.
App up to date and iOS is updated.

Can you find the problem and fix as soon as possible

Since last week i am asked to update EtihadGuest but when I click update it goes back to EtihadGuest store where no update is available.

Why does EtihadGuest force push notification to be enables to sign in ? So if I don’t want your spam notifications I can’t use EtihadGuest ?
Very unethical and ridiculous

Constantly crashes, makes no sense, can’t log in easily. Absolute garbage. Etihad just cannot get it together, if it wasn’t so infuriating it would be funny. Total incompetence for the company…app included.

After booking my tickets I got an email saying install our app for flight updates. Now after registration it doesn’t even show my tickets or my flight

EtihadGuest won’t let you use it until you have updated to the latest version. Which I have. But it still keeps asking me to update to the latest version. Rendering EtihadGuest totally useless.

EtihadGuest seems to be a practical joke on customers. I am unable to log in. When I enter my password, EtihadGuest send an OTP to email. For some reason, it send 2 OTPs. And bless me, BOTH ARE INCORRECT!!!!! I made more than 17 attempts to log in but failed thoroughly. I have no option but to delete EtihadGuest .
Do I really have to give it 1 star? Is there a 0 star option?

Tried logging in for the first time and it took six tries (once actually being my fault). EtihadGuest said the OTP was incorrect after I checked that it was correct, it froze multiple times while logging in, and loading pages take forever. Poor showing from a rewards app - this turns me off as a customer.

How can such a global brand like Etihad not able to get its app, call centre’s waiting time right??

I use Apple Wallet to track all the loyalty cards I have from other airlines. Since Etihad Guest does not have that feature, I end up just forgetting about Etihad completely.

Would be great if that could be implemented in EtihadGuest . 5 star otherwise.

Gives me updated details about my records and travel updates. Has always an update for better use.
