The worst app ever

This is definitely the worst app I ever installed, always crashing, full of errors, slow and not to forget to mention the failures to sign into account and save details. Etihad Airways should be ashamed for publishing such app like this as itโs basically waste of space and cause nothing but headaches. I will never ever recommend this app to anyone. Even though Iโm a fan of Etihad bit this app is a shame and the developers either need to put it down before they destroy the airline reputation or to a whole new fully functioning app to replace this.
Poor App All Around

Tried logging in for the first time and it took six tries (once actually being my fault). The app said the OTP was incorrect after I checked that it was correct, it froze multiple times while logging in, and loading pages take forever. Poor showing from a rewards app - this turns me off as a customer.
Unable to log in

This app seems to be a practical joke on customers. I am unable to log in. When I enter my password, the app send an OTP to email. For some reason, it send 2 OTPs. And bless me, BOTH ARE INCORRECT!!!!! I made more than 17 attempts to log in but failed thoroughly. I have no option but to delete the app.
Do I really have to give it 1 star? Is there a 0 star option?
