Booked a home draw for my mom for 7/18. No confirmation on app. I don’t know if someone is coming or not. Credit card was charged.

Trying to book a blood drawing for Monday or Tuesday in Jericho and it’s telling me server error since Friday.

How to fix LabFly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LabFly app on iPhone
Update LabFly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LabFly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LabFly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LabFly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix LabFly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LabFly app issues:

Force Stop the LabFly App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LabFly app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LabFly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LabFly App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LabFly app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LabFly.

Fix LabFly unable to contact server/ LabFly internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LabFly » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LabFly » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LabFly on android.
