- Uploading insurance card images on the app can result in dead ends and force-quitting the app.

- Electronic lab orders are not recognized by the app.

- The app freezes when trying to input insurance information for a new profile.

- The experience with LabFly and Northwell was a nightmare for one user, with an aggressive and abusive technician and a leaky sample.

Booked a home draw for my mom for 7/18. No confirmation on app. I don’t know if someone is coming or not. Credit card was charged.

Trying to book a blood drawing for Monday or Tuesday in Jericho and it’s telling me server error since Friday.

To resolve LabFly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the LabFly App
1. On android, goto Settings » LabFly » click [Force Stop]

Clear LabFly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LabFly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LabFly.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LabFly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LabFly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LabFly
