Game is updated, phone has been restarted and i get a loading issue for my presents like the chest and the games like bloom bounty and all the other ones before that too.. i cant get the gifts. Its really getting on my nerves and im thinking of quitting the game.

How to fix Phase 10 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Phase 10 app on iPhone
Update Phase 10 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Phase 10 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Phase 10 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Phase 10 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Phase 10 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Phase 10 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Phase 10 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Phase 10 » click [Force Stop]

Update Phase 10 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Phase 10 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Phase 10 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Phase 10.

Fix Phase 10 unable to contact server/ Phase 10 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Phase 10 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Phase 10 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Phase 10
