WhiteBIT – buy & sell bitcoin Reviews

I downloaded WhiteBIT only to buy one specific coin. After a few days, I didn’t find WhiteBIT useful and decided to sell the coin and close WhiteBIT . It took me for ever, almost 2 hours to sell one simple coin - of course I was exploring all possible options to pay as little fees as possible. During that time I was communicating with a live agent through WhiteBIT , who told me that it’s not possible to withdraw funds for several days. Luckily I was able to withdraw them momentarily. In all that going back and forth between WhiteBIT , the exchange, the wallet, and the agent, at one point, don’t even know how, I came across the message that if I am an US citizen all my funds will be frozen. I have no idea how and from where that message appeared. I was trying to find it again, but couldn’t. Last couple of hours of using WhiteBIT felt like I was running for my life. Never again. I’d be very cautious in using exchanges and wallets unless they are proven to be safe and legitimate.

I own multiple apple accounts and Iphones, I’m about to leave over 10 bad reviews if I don’t get a response or my money back. I transferred BNB to white bit and my money disappeared. I then contacted customer service showed proof and have not got help!

I will change this review asap if I get help, if I don’t get help within 3 more days I will contact apple, report you, go on reddit report you, report you on Twitter, get a Youtuber to make a video on this situation and will leave more than 10 bad reviews! 3 days max, play with me if you want to. I need help.

Handling security issues on the phone is very convenient. For example, you can change a password right on WhiteBIT .

The mobile app is helpful when it comes to working on the go! And it also functions very well!

Just downloaded WhiteBIT and was trying to go through the verification process but for “country” there’s no US option. And for “house” am I suppose to retype my first few numbers of my mailing address? Sorry I’ve just never seen this kind of error before.

Still using demo tokens even after making my first deposit. Because theres still lot to learn

Why is this on WhiteBIT Store if they don’t even support American users? After trying to complete identity verification, I contacted support and said the US wasn’t listed and I can’t verify my account. They then tell me that US isn’t supported because of scams or something and block my account. Fortunately I removed all of my crypto right before they blocked it otherwise I would’ve lost it all.

I have tested just about every other crypto portfolio available on the appstore. This one has a tremendous amount of support from the developers and has new content and updates very frequently. It also has an interface that I feel beats out the competition. The only had thing I can say about WhiteBIT at the time is that the pro version is much more expensive than other crypto portfolios, which is why I took a star away. Other than that I love WhiteBIT.

Great crypto tracking app, has data for just about every coin. Recent updates have made it even better as now they give data of a coins price on whatever exchange they are traded as well as more verbose data on your portfolio and trades.

Nice, sleek app with all functionalities I wanted. It gives you a clear view of your portfolio. The reason why I didn't rate 5 stars is because of the loading time it takes when starting up, but that might be my phone's fault too..
