Bluetooth connection problem ???

I checked MULTIPLE times if my CB was real or fake, but I can assure you that it’s 100% real. Yet I’m not sure whether it’s my phone, the CB, or the app having issues :( It won’t connect even after I fixed, replaced, and correctly put in the batteries. I even tried initializing before AND during while I was trying to connect, yet it’s still not connecting… I’ve done everything I could, hopefully it’s the app’s fault so I can look forward for an update..! I will re-do this review if it works one-day.
Not connecting.

The light stick is not connecting to the app anymore. I was able to connect it when I originally got it and just tried it again today with no success. It doesn’t even come up on my Bluetooth at all and it doesn’t connect through the app.

Its not even letting me connect with the candybong. At least update the app a little bit so it works. It just looks like they uploaded the app and left it. This is why I dont like kpop companies sometimes.
