Get Pricing Info for TillsterTried to get a $5 free gift card with a purchase of a $25 card on 14 Nov & again on 28 Nov, was told by the Manager both times that they only received a small box of the $5 free gift cards & would not be getting anymore for a promotion that will not expire until 25 December. This is very bad advertisement especially since we are 4 weeks away, only 1 box, cannot believe this. This is a new Freddy's Restaurant in Fort Ogelthorpe, Ga. & they are already having problems, sweet tea is constantly empty, trash cans running over, got a turtle sundae last week and very little ice cream as mostly milk. I ate at Freddy's in Fayetteville Arkansas & redeemed 1,000 for $10 off. Evidently someone came in behind me & stole the rest of my points & changed the name on my account.
We just visited Freddie's in las vegas on charleston went thru the drive thru like always same order as always 2 chili cheese dogs and a patty melt with just one medium shake we pulled up to the window and were told $29.23 I asked if thier was a mistake and she said no and then proceeded to inform me that they will be going up again if you are going to be charging those ridiculous prices I expect table service n short you lost me as a customer and I took an add out in our community paper to boycott Freddie's we all heard of inflation but you people are pathetic and should be embarrassed many of our friends I talked will join us in boycotting your store I know writing this is futile and never be read by coporate but I hope to put a serious damper in your business with advertising and word of mouth I pray you people come to your senses before it's to late

We went through the drive through 361 two weeks ago and ordered to large turtles, for a price of $12.05 and there was no cherry on top and the turtle wasn't a good as it usually is. They didn't have any large cups for the sundae so they gave us four cups instead and they just weren't that tasty. So in a couple of weeks we went back and order two turtles med size and the price was still $12.05 and again there was no cherry on top and it wasn't as good as they used to be. I think probably the help situation might have something to do with the quality of the order. Very hard to understand the order taker and at the window she did not seem to care one way or the other about serving us. We sat there for a very long time before getting our order. Very disappointed in the price and what we were served. Always liked eating at Freddy's since they built one in Jackson Tn. There used to always be a line waiting to go through drive though, but the last two times we were there, we drove right in at usually a busy time and then had to wait for ever to be served. Its a shame that Freddy's has moved in this direction.

My wife and I have been eating at your Conyers, GA location since it opened. Recently, we have experienced a problem when we visit your location on Sunday for lunch. The last three or four times when we arrive around 11:45 am, there is no sweet tea available. Today, I noted this to a young man working the drive through who had filled three cups of sweet tea, there wasn't any sweet tea. My wife and I ate and the staff never refilled the sweet tea container. To my amazement they were making unsweet tea when we left but the sweet tea container had not been refilled. Just a simple suggestion, your tea containers should be filled and operational when you open your doors each day. Another thing today, when I wife order her patty melt meal, the cashier failed to ask which side she wanted. Well my wife received onion rings not French fries. Admittedly when I asked my wife, she said she just ordered the meal. Please make sure your sfaff ask which side the person wants.
We have been eating Freddy’s in Trussville,Al. Ever since the opening, always loved the burgers. Today my husband and I ate there and first bite we took was so salty. Mind you I like salt, but it was loaded so bad. My husband doesn’t eat salt in his food. For him to say no Freddy’s for along time that’s bad. Please lay off so much salt!
For some reason locator is pulling up south county location and not the Bridgeton. Mo location as the closest location
A few months back I had a bad experience, I sent in my review and a month later I got a call, they sent me out coupons to use for the issue at hand, I went to go use these coupons only to find out 2 of them had not been signed therefore they refused my coupons, the one on top was signed and dated that I had 2 months to use from the sent out date so I didnt think to look at all of the coupons, anyway, 2 coupons werent signed and was refused service because of it, so just bought one item, told them specifically which one to cancel and which to keep and they STILL gave me the wrong order, I wasnt about to let my 5 year old eat her ice cream in my car so of course we didnt find out until we got home, bad experience all around, extremely disappointed and would really appreciate if this were to be fixed

The major issue I have with this app is on an order with an $11 subtotal, it’s charging almost $8 for sales tax in a city with a local sales tax rate of 8.25%. Where the rest of that is going, shoulder shrug but no one has sales tax rates over 50% in the U.S. Secondly, seasonal items are not available via the app. So if I want a seasonal concrete I have to go thru the drive thru for that and then park in curbside for my food order - I usually do mobile orders so I can have it made exactly how I want it with as little margin for error as possible. Lastly, make the rewards simpler. I’ll never understand why people have to complicate the simple why not just have it be a $5 rewards at X percentage rate? Instead, again - it says specialty concretes are an available reward but they don’t show up on the redeem list and employees don’t know how to redeem what’s not on the list. Most other restaurants points convert to dollars and you scan a barcode to deduct the dollars off the transaction but everyone has to reinvent the wheel even when it makes absolutely no sense and is overly complicated. Also, after placing my mobile order got a server error and double checked pending orders and order history - order was not present in either place. After going thru the drive thru they informed me that although the app threw and error saying the order couldn’t be completed and the order was nowhere to be found it did however go thru.

Placed an order for a burger and chocolate shake. She told me my order was 3.81 or so 3 something. Well I knew that was not correct. So I pay her at the window 10 something and she hands me my “shake”. Turns her back from the window but it was cracked and I tried to get her attention 3 times but I was ignored. Finally she turns sideways and I wave to her and she gives me that look like what do you want. So I ask her if this was a shake or just ice cream and she said it’s a shake. I said I’m asking because it’s so thick I can’t get it through the straw so I thought maybe they had given me ice cream. She mumbled something under her breath but I heard her say something about getting out of the window. I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear what you said. So she plainly says I’m just fixing to get you out of my window. So a young man comes up to the window and asks if he could help me and I told him I had ordered a shake and it was really too thick and I questioned her if it was just ice cream. He said he would fix it for me and he did. He waited until I tried it to make sure it was ok. It was and I thanked him. Then I told him that she needs to learn who the customer is. I drove off. Her attitude and rolling of her eyes is so tacky. I am not one that usually complains but she needs more training before waiting on customers. She is not helping your business win customers for sure.

The app itself is great. Ordering was simple as expected. I ordered three regular concretes. When I arrived at Freddy’s to pick up there were no other customers there in the parking lot or drive thru. I parked in the mobile app pickup spot and indicated I was there on the app. The app then instructed me to go inside. I decided to pull thru the drive thru as I didn’t think I would have to go inside. The young man at the drive through said he couldn’t give me my order through the drive thru because it wouldn’t fit through the window. I said- what do you mean? I ordered three concretes, why wouldn’t they fit thru the window. He then said I needed to come inside. I said I had already paid for the concretes and just needed to pick them up and he insisted I needed to come inside. So, I parked, went inside in my slippers and waited for my three concretes.
It’s ridiculous to order through the mobile app but be require to go inside to pick up when there is a drive through window and no other customers. What is the point in using the app at all? I could have just gone through the drive through.
