I deposited money through the bank, but there is no place to withdraw the money, the money just stays in the account. I think they are fraudsters and they do not contact me in any way and they do not help me.

They take all of your info, including your banking details, claim it is not valid, refuse to let you trade AT ALL, then use your money and identity however they please. Just get on Coinbase, all of your info is perfectly valid and safe over there. Don’t fall for this blatant scam!

I tried to deposit BTC to this platform from an external wallet. BTCC says there is a “minimum” deposit so I sent about double that amount. Transfer went through, didn’t add to my balance, messaged support. Support said that they “confiscated” my deposit for being below the minimum.

Horrible system, this is what ruins the cryptocurrency industry this is not investing or trading. It’s gambling and you will walk away with a loss of some sort. It’s a complete trap that I won’t fall for

It always glitching missing a lot of good trade opportunities, but it’s quick to lose money when they always get a chance, it won’t let you buy the best price even you trying to put in order limit doesn’t matter whether on your phone or computer ,asking for customer services not doing any good too , good luck to all sure ill find better platform than this

BTCC promises money for just taking a picture of your ID, then it promises money for verifying your identity by taking a “selfie”. Now, I didn’t take time to read the fine print, but I looked at my balance after completing both tasks and it is still 100%, ZERO DOLLARS. I’m never going to trust an app that makes a general promise, that doesn’t follow through. In my opinion, I would consider BTCC a complete scam since It makes promises that do not materialize.

I have a series 65 license to trade and I have never seen a drop that will break the support level and not recover. It dropped down to the liquidation margin, of the stock. I have been trading on this platform for less than 30 days and I have lost over $3000 because this platform is a fraudulent platform that you will lose your money through the margins due to a lack of volatility beware. and if you notice they use a two different screens for the same stock from I went from pepe to turbo and the same graph screen appeared for both and when I use the stop, lost at 3% it’s first move. Was they hit the 3%?

Yeah, I give BTCC one star if that doesn’t make sense to me because they’re telling me I was here with a balance adjustment they’re saying it’s because I exploited a loophole and gain profits really cause all I did was transfer funds from Coinbase into this app‘s wallet specifically XRP from they were converted into USDT and transfer it into my future account according to them, though I exploited a loophole in the process of doing this and gain profits I have proof you can follow all my transactions logs that is absolutely not true, so yes, they get zero stars because they will go in your bank account or your trading account, let’s say and steal money out of it and claim it for some reason when it’s really not like a (balance adjustment) personally, I wouldn’t trust them after this experience they definitely don’t have 100% security score either

Yeah, I created an account through email and phone number. Had both accounts verified and confirmed, try to login to the accounts and they said “no account under user”
But my accounts have said created. It was hard enough getting into an account (which I never successfully completed) I wonder how hard it is to actually use this platform. I’ve already deleted. Beware! Seems fraudulent

No customer service helo at all, they say the same thing over and over with no emotion, BTCC glitches and logs you out multiple times during trade causing heavy losses, I lost 25,000 for logout issues and glitches, I filed a claim with them and it’s been over a month to investigate it and I never heard any follow up from them, they are horrible to they’re customers and treat them like trash. I withdrew my last remaining 300$ out of my account and will be deleting it and I’m done day trading, I’ve made them so much money in fees and trading about 3$ per trade and I’ve done thousands, hideous scammers and hackers with rob you for everything! 🥀

This platform does not tell you there’s a minimum deposit of crypto into their platform until after it doesn’t work out and you have to call customer service then they tell you it’s $200 minimum and if you deposit was less than $200 they confiscate it. Also, their promotional offers for linking your bank account and completing your KYC is not $20 USDT for each tasks what they wind up giving you is some worthless coupon that reduces the fees for trading on their platform a coupon is not the same as USDT and your website is so unorganized it’s virtually impossible to understand and they do not correct anything I can’t even get any of the money that I transferred because it was under $200. They basically steal it. if anybody lives close this business please go over there and punch them in the face twice.

These people disappeared my money. Deposited $500 to check it out. Decided to use copy trading was doing well until 1 day I opened BTCC to find a 0 balance with no record of what happened. When I asked CS they stated I never even made a deposit and asked for proof. I then gave them a screenshot of my original deposit and I’ve never heard from them again. They’re either incompetent or criminals. Or criminally incompetent ! I’m just glad it was only $500. DO NOT PUT MONEY ON BTCC

I really, really liked BTCC… I’ve been using it for a week now and made some big gains but I just lost all of my profit bc BTCC keeps crashing.
I’ve spent THOUSANDS and when I can’t complete a trade bc your app from 2011 can’t compete with bybit, mexc or Toobit— I’m goin back to them.
How do you guys expect people to profit from your platform if it’s unstable and locks glitches preventing the customer to compete a trade ? Super unreliable and it’s a shame bc I really liked the leverage up to 225x.

The trading is ok, but there is no way to make a profit, because the fee structure is 100x what is stated. The 0.06% fee is really 6%. I see this as misleading and dishonest. I’m done with BTCC.

BTCC never received my deposit into it of my crypto. I’ve transferred cryptos between exchanges many times so I know what I am doing. BTCC is made in China or India and is a scam. Apple should delete it from BTCC Store. There is also false marketing used in their advertisements recommending giveaways through their app from making deposits into it. But the promises made are not fulfilled. BTCC is pretty much elaborate fraud.

Early this morning after spending the hole night trading and recovering from the lost of money that I have when I recover my money out of the blue BTCC close all my tradings and stole all the money I had recover this is a scam no customer service no nothing I can believe apple let app company’s like this one steal from customers without hesitation I need the money that I honestly earn back otherwise we are gonna have a problem a big one!!!!

BTCC ’s design is confusing, the incentives are misleading, difficult to withdraw your money without stiff (an understatement) penalties, and there is a fee for EVERYTHING on here. One day, in was making modest profits then the next day half of my balance was gone. These people aren’t trustworthy. Put your money elsewhere.

Granted this is a friendly exchange with opportunities to make money, leverage contracts, and exchange crypto... but I'm on to their tricks. First of all leveraging can be a blessing or a curse, if you do not have a ton of money in there backing you up, they will occasionally suddenly dip the price of crypto for a split second long enough for your leveraged account to be totally liquidated and that's one way they make money. The other way they make money is it is easy to buy crypto, convert crypto, have crypto sent in, but you cannot have crypto sent out and there is a 6% tax to convert crypto to US dollars unless you keep 30% of your funds tied up in contracts. Yes, you can make money on here easily, but they have several sneaky ways of taking it back. Be aware, know what you're doing, expect the unexpected, and you will do just fine.

I have been on several trading apps this one is a bit difficult to understand at first then you will eventually get the hang of it

If it’s a derivatives exchange, I’ve tried it. KuCoin, OKX, ByBit, Huobi, Binance, BingX, et al. They’re all scammers, and that’s why they’re the biggest and the “best.” Why do you think they can offer thousands in bonuses to every new user? this app is actually the best for one reason: it’s honest and fair. Profits are fully honored, there’s no confusion/ambiguity over position margins, no liquidations from outlier bids/asks, etc. I trust this app, really. They’re outdated and offer limited tokens, yes, but this is no problem if you’re only trading large cap derivatives. I use other platforms/wallets for ICOs and investments, and TradingView for charts/analysis. I’ve never had an issue with deposits/withdrawals either. If you do, though, know that support is a helpful human, not a useless bot *COUGH COUGH KUCOIN.* This makes me confident in sending this app my money. All other exchanges have “held” (confiscated) funds randomly/inexplicably, sometimes for days at a time. Plus, this app now has WhatsApp support! It’s awesome! They even gave me $10 for texting them when this feature debuted. :) I trust this app. You should too. Nowadays, they’re a dime a dozen.

This is a good app with almost no glitches for me any way .
In a time where wallets are as common as watch pockets it’s hard to know which service is best to use . I have tried several wallets for exchanges and crypto coin wallets , hardware wallets , wallets,wallets,wallets they are everywhere. I’ve never had a exchange that I can make such clean transaction and transfers on. I love the fact that you guys offer such a wide variety of leverage, while also making it quite easy to use a chart for the corresponding asset.
