I have added a lot of videos to my album and out of no where they are all gone!! I no longer have all the stuff i had have saved??!!!! why is this???!!?
No support. Did not purchase premium yet it is telling me I am a premium user but not what the subscription I am supposedly on is.... AND there is no support info. Can’t call, chat, can’t even email them!!!!! And can’t cancel!!!! No link in account anywhere!!!
I suppose to click on “Continue” to start but it’s disabled!!! Is it a prank or a real app?
First installed, Continue button is gray , cannot use
Once I enter my password it makes me use a free trial, and I can’t continue with just limited.
