I which I could rate this app even lower than one star.
The app has so many bugs and user interface is too busy and distracting, the user experience is poor. I bought unlimited internet and the app doesn’t even show me when my data is going to expire or if I even have active plan. The payment notification says “Congratulations! You have purchase this bundle null successfully” what a heck! You took my money and can not even give me better description of what I paid for, how long it will last or when it’s going to expire as a message or has a notification in the app. AIRTEL THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This app has always had challenges. If you don’t have any credit on your phone, it won’t open so you can buy a bundle. You have to use the keypad to purchase, and those purchases don’t show up in the transaction history, even though it’s for the registered number.
When I try to read the messages it sends, touching one marks it “read” but then immediately takes me back to the home screen, rather than allowing me to read the other messages. I have to go back in to the notification area again after marking each message as read. That’s annoying and a waste of time.
I keep getting messages saying I won a certain amount of free Airtel TV viewing, but the app gives me an error message every time I try to access it.
When it works, it has some nice features, but it’s very unreliable.

I wish to write this to an customer service but I'm posses off calling you guys I know your management will see this review Airtel mode of Extortion is too high imagine having to do a bundle of 6 days for 3 times in a week that's too much I am backing out of using this cursed thief network immediately now and I will make sure everyone around do so imagine loosing customers gradually I calculated my expenses on your Data roughly 50k since September last year that's too bad adjust so you won't loose out at the end
