How to fix SwimminglyFan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SwimminglyFan app on iPhone
Update SwimminglyFan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SwimminglyFan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SwimminglyFan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SwimminglyFan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix SwimminglyFan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SwimminglyFan App
1. On android, goto Settings » SwimminglyFan » click [Force Stop]

Update SwimminglyFan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SwimminglyFan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SwimminglyFan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SwimminglyFan.

Fix SwimminglyFan unable to contact server/ SwimminglyFan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SwimminglyFan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SwimminglyFan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SwimminglyFan
