I purchased two dayband watches from you less than one year ago. I also purchased the insurance which was suppose to be for lifetime of the watches. My problem right now is that the watch that I have been using does not charge. Previously I had to plug it in two times a day to keep it running. This morning when I put it on after my shower, it didn't do anything. I tried to activate it by tapping on the spot but nothing happened. I just received mine two days ago. I agree on the sleep recording...does not work. Maybe a firmware update someday? Regarding the captcha: Was "unusual". You (or at least I) couldn't get it to fly on my phone either. If you can get to a point where you obtain a small circle counting down from 60 seconds on the captcha entry line...CHECK your email. The email address you used to sign in/create and account. They send you the captcha....its a 6 digit code they are looking for. I didn't play with calories or sports watch. Temperature, heart rate, oxygen, steps and time (lol on time) all seem accurate. I tested them all against an Omron Wrist Series 7 blood pressure unit, a Kardia EKG device and a Walgreens Pulse Oximeter. For the money it suits my needs. How long will it work is yet to be determined.

Biggest problem I have so far is that the sleep tracker has not tracked anything... That's the main reason I am wearing this thing. Also, I cannot register because it asks me for my email, Captcha, Password, and Confirm password but there is no captcha present for me to type in.

Much like everyone else here my KoreTrack only occasionally records my sleep and the blood pressure is a joke. It is way off. Buyer beware. I should not have cheaper out and went with a higher priced and better product.

All my functions on my Kore trak work except the sleep function. I have reset the watch, uninstalled & re installed dayband. Unpaired & re paired to my phone. Switched my phone off but nothing happens. I am disappointed as I bought the watch to monitor my sleep.

I bought 2 watches, received a few days ago. One of them indicated that it required a firmware update. I started the update and was informed that it was completed successfully. Immediately the watch would no longer connect to the app and indicates a dead battery. The watch is dead and will not recharge. Could you tell me how I should return the watch.

My Kore-Trak watch is working perfectly - except for the sleep function. It has not recorded any sleep data (I've been wearing it a few days now). Every other function working fine, and I'm able to log in, etc. A little disappointed, as the sleep tracking function was the reason I got the watch in the first place.

It looks like we may have duped! The product you purchased may be a knock off of a product called KoreTrack https://www.korehealth.com/performance/koretrak-smart-fitness-tracker.html Their customer is great and you can chat or call them directly. They also have a YouTube channel https://youtube.com/c/KoreHealth Watching their videos will allow you to compare what you received to their real tracker. Most often the interface looks different and some features won't work. The biggest deception is that it uses the official KoreTrack app 'DayBand' The knock off company would not respond. Mine was sleeptracker@redacted.

After reading all the information about the Koretrak I was excited to receive and start using it, then I cannot even register to get started and then read all the terrible reviews. I rebooted my phone and now the app tells me I don't have an account. I got a verification code at one email. But my phone seems to think it is a different one. But my app says neither one is right. I kind of like the app and the watch, but not being able to get to my info is pretty frustrating! HELP!!!

My watch does not keep accurate time. It looses time like 8-9 minutes every two weeks. Also I tried to get into day band app and I get to part they want to set up jogging part I don't want it. Can't go any further to reset the time.

This is a mess! It is not user friendly. I have been able to get this Captcha code for several days, and can't contact anyone to assist. You tap "GET" and you get nothing. It is not easy to maneuver through the settings. This device is not attentive for desired needs.

I have a koretrak that will not switch on. It wont even charge. This was only purchased in November, and after 4 months it has packed up. I need to know how to get the thing started again and how to re-sync to my iPhone (which it wont do as the watch wont bloody charge). I purchased this tracker after reading all the wonderful things it is supposed to do. Installed the app on my Samsung, but like everyone else I cannot login. Also, the clock face keeps defaulting to the original and I know the steps are way off because I also have a Fitbit one and it is way more accurate. I also think that it sucks that there is only an Android app as I have some older friends that purchased the Koretrak and since they do not have cell phones, they can't install the app to do any of the set ups. There needs to be a windows based app as well. Also, there is absolutely no tech support from Koretrak as I emailed them when I first installed the app an no one ever did reply...company sucks!!

Dayband won't register. How does the Captcha work ? Absolutely no instructions on how to register. I have tried every combination and have received the verification code by e-mail at least six times but it simply won't connect or GET . Blood pressure and oxygen readings have stopped completely after a few days of use. The watch paired to my Samsung phone several days ago but has disconnected and won't reconnect. So far I have a watch with print so small that I cannot read anything on the main face except the time (even with my reading glasses on) and virtually nothing else. I bought three of them but had so much trouble even trying to understand the initial set up that I haven't opened the other two. A waste of money for what appears to have generally decent reviews in most places. WHEN IT WORKS, I can see from the numerous comments over the past couple of weeks that Koretrak suffers from severe and very common identical faults and complaints in respect of registration and pairing..

Finally managed to register. . . . did it through the Facebook link. Not verified whether all the apps on the watch work yet but it seems pretty cool. Just remember that this is a Chinese watch and sometimes their thought processes aren't the same as ours, which is why we sometimes find things difficult. But persevere . . . will update when I've used it a bit more.

Cannot record the sleep part on this watch. Have tried everything . I think this is the most complicated piece of technology and have been very disappointed. I want to return and my husbands as well so can you please instruct as to where I return them and how soon would I get a refund. I am within the 30 day return guaranteed. Bought the KoreTrack for $50. Advertised as a great deal! The BP function is way off. The Oxygen saturation function is highly variable. The software that you provide to sync the watch with a cell phone is nearly impossible to sign into. You use the term "Captcha" in the sign in process, which is an obscure use of an obscure term. It would have been easily understood as accessing a code from your email. Very confusing for most folks, including me. Once I successfully created the account, the software would not let me log in again. I have spent hours of frustration dealing with your poor design. Instead of helping me with my blood pressure, it has instead raised it!!!! Enough with the frustration; this watch is destined for the trash bin.

Having problems like so many others. I have a Koretrak fitness watch. If that what most everyone else is using. In Dayband I selected "Sports" then selected "Walking". One day it did track my steps and distance and the next, NOTHING. Also Dayband is not tracking my sleep and when I select "Continuous Test" for heart rate it also worked one day and the next it doesn't. I am not sure if this is a "Dayband" issue or a Koretrak issue. Now I wish I would have spent the additional money on a Fitbit. .

I am having the same problems as others. BP way out of whack, Cannot change temperature, says it's 6 degrees and cloudy but the actual temperature is -2c therefore I don't know if the location showing is where I actually am. Doesn't say what province in Canada it is. Should be Ontario but could be BC so don't know how to check that. Also sleep tracker is NOT working!! I have to login every time with email, p/w and capcha (which is NON EXISTANT therefore incomplete as well, therefore cannot get in unless I like others on here have to try many many times to log in. NOT acceptable. I have been blaming Kore tracker but now feel it is NOT an issue with the product, it's a dayband issue. Tracker

Same problems, if you skip registration you lose sleep information, Captcha has to be completed or your WEEKY info will be blank. Managed to register by repeating my email and password over and over until Captcha gave me a count down, went to my email got the code and entered it before the time ran out,everything now working.!!!!!!!!!!!!! please note , repeat email and password manually, no copy and paste.... it will work

Frustrating. Save yourself the trouble. Pay more and buy a watch you can easily download the app and pair. Tried their email 1st and got a response in Chinese. Tried to contact by email after 3 hours trying to set up - no response. Could not even cancel my order before 30 days as there is no way to do this. DayBand all of a sudden has locked me out! Worked fine for months not having to login al the time now it won't accept my login even after resetting password! And it looks like I'm not alone with this issue!

App does not retain data from the device when you have to reset the device, shouldnā€™t be that way (loss my data four times). While a rep responded promptly, within a day, to issues I was having their suggested solutions didnā€™t work (Strike 1). I figured out what to do myself. They donā€™t seem concerned about buyers losing their data, they do apologize (Strike 2). And Strike 3, the company took it upon themselves to remove the Blood Pressure Tracker in the form of a firmware update that both removed it from the device and app. This was a feature that was paid for when purchased. No warning or option to keep it from the company (one moment it was there and upon doing firmware update it was gone). Until they add the feature back in I do not recommend buying. I have been waiting a month to hear back from them about the missing feature, dead silent. Too bad, I would still be using it if they hadnā€™t done this to their customers. I have moved on to a different company.

Horrible, unreliable app

I have written this several times now. If you try to use the support under ā€œaboutā€ in the app - it crashes every single time! And the support attached to this page is all in Chinese! Utterly useless! Also, the weather displayed has been completely wrong since the day I purchased the band a few years back. I pulled it out recently to see if the recent update they did may have finally fixed it! Of course it didnā€™t! It has been waaay off since day 1. For example, the weather on the band says itā€™s 35 degrees F and sunny, whereas right now, itā€™s 18 degrees F out and snowing! If they canā€™t get a simple thing like this right, whoā€™s to say the tracker works efficiently at all?! Good luck getting any help or support from them. Iā€™ve tried. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying any of their products and delete this app off your phone! Itā€™s not worth your time and money given the frustration you will inevitably face!

What happened ......

The app is poorly designed. My main problem is the inability for the app to monitor my sleep habits. Many times it tells me Iā€™m not sleeping at all. It records nothing and I am wearing the watch and yes it is charged. Or it will say I went to bed at midnight and woke up at 3:45. When I went to bed at 10:00 and was up at 7:00. If I go to bed at midnight it throws everything out of wack for recording sleep patterns for two days. The other problem is the motion detector. Even when Iā€™m moving it tells me to get up and move. This watch/app worked great for 30 Days and now I feel like itā€™s a piece of junk!!!! Nothing is working. The only positive thing I can say is at the moment it keeps good time. Even monitoring my steps has failed. šŸ¤Ø
