DayBand is a pretty good app and so far I’m loving this kore trak. It’s almost like a Fitbit but kinda more advanced. It’s advanced because you can see your messages but sadly you can’t text on it. It also vibrates when someone texts you so it comes in handy for when my mom needs help with groceries or sends me my chore list so I can look at my chores when I need to. DayBand tells you how much percent your kore trak is at and you can also change the settings on the kore trak. I would also not recommend using the alarm to wake up unless you are a light sleeper, this is because when the alarm goes off it only vibrates and I’m a deep sleeper. The alarm can be used for day time purposes like if your baking cookies and need to set an alarm you can use your kore trak alarm. I literally just got my kore trak last night and so far I love it, I got it as a Christmas present from my landlord but I got it earlier. If you want something different from a fitbit and be able to set a stopwatch or anything else like that and be able to see your messages I would highly recommend it. I love this brand and it works great. And also it completely syncs up with your phone depending on the distance. People just don’t think it does cuz they don’t completely read the instructions prob.

Primarily use for sleep and step tracking. Been wearing both my FitBit and this watch to compare stats. Steps are usually lower but close enough, however the sleep function is horrible!!! Last night I had 4.5 hours of sleep and it registered NO SLEEP. Another night it said 10 hours. LOL, that never happens. I strive for 6. It also never has me waking up during the night when I know I get up. Some of the positives—I do like the home screen options, but I must trigger it to change view options when my arms are folded. The BP and oxygen levels are nicety but not sure I’d rely on it being 100% accurate. By far, my favorite function is the ability to take a selfie by simply shaking your wrist and not fumbling for a phone button. Also, text/voice messages can be viewed on screen and can scroll back 5-6 messages. So overall it’s a good watch for the $50 I paid, but would like to be able to adjust sleep times in app, pick my actual location for weather temperature and also stop it from defaulting back to Celsius on the watch face even though I’ve changed it and it’s correct in DayBand . The watch has potential but needs some fine tuning before I would recommend to others. Hope to see some bug fixes and updates soon.

The first one I received (8 weeks after placing the order) didn’t work correctly, so after contacting the company, they sent me a new one (which arrived in a more timely manner). I’ve noticed that unless I keep the Bluetooth on in my phone the time lags by as much as 6 minutes. Today ( 2 months in) the sleep notification isn’t working, which was one of the issues with the first one. I was told back then that they were “working on” fixing the issue with sleep monitoring but it looks like they STILL haven’t fixed it as there are no updates. The BP reading also isn’t accurate, so guess I bought a watch which can’t keep accurate time on its own!

I have had the device for over 2 months and wanted to give it a try. Well almost every review says that keeping track of sleep is messed up and that is CORRECT No matter what time I go to sleep it always says I went to sleep at 11:45 pm and it then tells me I woke up either 4 hrs later or it’s says nothing. Up till 4 days ago when it updated the best feature was the blood pressure monitoring but that went away after the update Every time I try to take it it says connect blood pressure to app.I have reinstalled app and have connected and disconnected the Bluetooth about 15 times but it still won’t work so whatever they updated they need to undo it. I will see if they correct it in a week or two or I will contact them for a new one and I’ll see how good the lifetime warranty is. And I started to feel bad about this review and decided to go to support and it’s all in Chinese or like. I tried to find an English translation to contact them but I really don’t have 10 minutes to play around and feel dumber for buying another thing from China

App does not retain data from the device when you have to reset the device, shouldn’t be that way (loss my data four times). While a rep responded promptly, within a day, to issues I was having their suggested solutions didn’t work (Strike 1). I figured out what to do myself. They don’t seem concerned about buyers losing their data, they do apologize (Strike 2). And Strike 3, the company took it upon themselves to remove the Blood Pressure Tracker in the form of a firmware update that both removed it from the device and app. This was a feature that was paid for when purchased. No warning or option to keep it from the company (one moment it was there and upon doing firmware update it was gone). Until they add the feature back in I do not recommend buying. I have been waiting a month to hear back from them about the missing feature, dead silent. Too bad, I would still be using it if they hadn’t done this to their customers. I have moved on to a different company.

I have written this several times now. If you try to use the support under “about” in DayBand - it crashes every single time! And the support attached to this page is all in Chinese! Utterly useless! Also, the weather displayed has been completely wrong since the day I purchased the band a few years back. I pulled it out recently to see if the recent update they did may have finally fixed it! Of course it didn’t! It has been waaay off since day 1. For example, the weather on the band says it’s 35 degrees F and sunny, whereas right now, it’s 18 degrees F out and snowing! If they can’t get a simple thing like this right, who’s to say the tracker works efficiently at all?! Good luck getting any help or support from them. I’ve tried. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying any of their products and delete DayBand off your phone! It’s not worth your time and money given the frustration you will inevitably face!

Unlike some posts I’ve read, I haven’t had any operational problems with it, BUT the number of steps (and miles) never align with the steps in Apple Health. Sometimes off by 1,000. Maybe stride? I can’t figure out why. in Do NOT rely on the blood pressure reading at all. I was in the doctor’s office and compared their reading to my this app reading. this app was significantly lower. I usually get the exact same number for Bp each day. Not possible. For steps, it’s good. Battery lasts a long time.

Seriously, those inaccurate Bp numbers are going to be detrimental to someone’s health.

I was excited to receive this as a gift from my husband for Christmas, especially when I saw all the features it offers. However they don’t seem to be very accurate measurements of blood pressure and heart rate.
Also, I’ve had it for a month now and wear it every night and last night was the first night that it actually recorded my sleep pattern. I didn’t do anything different. Don’t know why it started working after all this time.
Another thing I don’t like about it, and this is the most irritating, is the life of the battery and there is no warning when it needs to be charged. It will show about 1/4 battery left and just die all of a sudden at the most inappropriate time. Very frustrating. It needs to be charged every 2-3 days.

My wife bought two of these back in April. One for herself and one for me. After two weeks her blood pressure monitor stopped working. She hasn’t realized that it stopped working after the latest firmware update. After updating the firmware, my blood pressure monitor stopped also. The main reason she purchased these was to be able to check our blood pressure. When we contacted technical support, we were told that they were working on a new firmware update to correct the problem. It’s now late July and no firmware update yet. I guess we bought the wrong device. The time also lags behind until I connect it to the Bluetooth app on my phone. I give this one a thumbs down!!!!!!!!

I use this because I have high blood pressure too, and the blood pressure is a bit off. It shows it’s a little low or than it should be. My problem is I can’t get it to show the temperature of the correct city. When I was traveling and I had a layover in the Denver airport I got it to show Denver at that time but I haven’t been able to switch it back from Denver to where I live permanently and I can’t figure out how to do it it’s been like that for a month so if anyone has any suggestions that would be great otherwise I love this unit.

DayBand is poorly designed. My main problem is the inability for DayBand to monitor my sleep habits. Many times it tells me I’m not sleeping at all. It records nothing and I am wearing the watch and yes it is charged. Or it will say I went to bed at midnight and woke up at 3:45. When I went to bed at 10:00 and was up at 7:00. If I go to bed at midnight it throws everything out of wack for recording sleep patterns for two days.

The other problem is the motion detector. Even when I’m moving it tells me to get up and move.
This watch/app worked great for 30 Days and now I feel like it’s a piece of junk!!!! Nothing is working. The only positive thing I can say is at the moment it keeps good time. Even monitoring my steps has failed. 🤨

My mom is a senior citizen and got duped into buying two of these devices from a Yahoo advertisement because she really wanted a device that monitored her BP and sleep. The first two devices she received did not track sleep at all. She contacted the company and they offered a replacment. That one didn’t track sleep either. She contacted the company again and they sent her another two replacements which took several months to arrive. Just tested these two and they don’t record sleep either. That’s a total of five devices and none of them record sleep. This product is a scam. Very heart breaking this company manages to lie and take advantage of older customers who don’t know to read reviews before buying.

Gps consistently does not show correct location. No way to manually choose location. Even the location it chooses the temperature is different on the watch. App is missing features. (No way to test oxygen from DayBand ). The option to keep the device lit up for more that 5 seconds is there but nothing happens when you try to change it. The sleep tracking I just don’t know what is going on there. It starts before I go to bed and sometimes doesn’t quit till past half way through the day. For a 4+ year old app these issues are unacceptable. These issues if fixed would overall make a pretty decent product. Sadly it misses the mark. It barely feels like it tries.

It work fine for about 2 days until i started noticing it A) stopped giving me accurate minimum and maximum heart rates and just didn't display anything when i used the ‘continuously’ function and B) it thinks i get 9 hours of sleep a night.

Now, I'm an artist that mainly works at night, and i cant remember the last time i got 9 hours of sleep. I also wake up several times during the night and it doesn't register that i was awake at all and i really wanted to track my sleeping pattern.

Those were 2 main reasons i bought this and they don't work so its a little disappointing. The step counter is cute though, i guess.

I ordered one for me and one for my wife. Took me quite a while to get it set up and stay. Step function is not accurate. Get up and move sometimes works. Does not receive messages or phone calls but gets all my mail notices. Doesn’t record sleep. Quite disappointed, was looking forward to heart rate, blood pressure, o2 levels etc. It does keep accurate calendar, time of day, and outdoor temperature. I feel like a lot of people , myself included, were looking forward to something that was made that didn’t cost $350 by taking all the middle men out of the picture. Quite disappointed!!

I like the watch but some how the face of it changed after a few hours when I pushed the side button and I can’t seem to get it back and no where does it tell how to get the original face back. It had a butterfly on one side and time, date, battery life on the other side. Not Otis time in bigger numbers day, date, steps and calories? How do I change it back. I’ve tried every thing I can think of and searched every where for instructions.

DayBand is updated frequently so that is a good thing. Except when it isn’t be used they remove features you liked which seems to be the trend with this company.

If you wear a tracker that is compatible with all the features eventually they will all be tracked. I had to wear it for 4 days before it started tracking my sleep. The accuracy is another thing entirely but it’s a start.

Overall for free I suppose there isn’t a lot to complain about.

The sleep function totally does not work.
When I try to access the contact to the company and submit a report via DayBand it says that I’m not connected. I don’t know how DayBand should be connected in any other manner because my watch and phone are syncing.

Also, it’s part of the promotion, upon purchase, I accepted a second watch at half price. But my husband cannot read the watch without his glasses. Since I wear glasses full-time I can read it, but I won’t be able otherwise to say anything. It’s the whole thing is just too small

I bought 2 of these not even 6 months ago and neither of them have worked or lasted. I had a replacement sent that barely lasted 2 months. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the customer service rep was great and sent replacement fast. I was trying to move away from Fitbit because honestly Fitbit had the best customer support ever until about a year ago then became horrible. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless you can pick it up for 20 bucks or less with the lifetime warranty. It’s just a big pain in the ….

It worked for one night and has not monitored for for the last 3 nights. This is a new product for me everything works pretty good but sleep app is disappointing- one of the reasons I choice this product- I don’t even understand the sleep app?? Does not explain anything about it- just says did you wear your device last night/ records nothing!! Yes I wore device!!

Works well with the watch tracker I purchased but doesn’t include temperature and O2 tracking features that my tracker has. Would like to see those features added especially with this pandemic
Found it easy to change measurements to US standards of measure. Data is measured differently from Apple Health. I like overall steps measured.

When DayBand is open on the home page on your phone, make sure location is on, the top left tap the N/A and that will bring you to the temperature and you can change it and sync it to your watch.

Where to start. Does not measure steps accurately. It’s been telling me that I have been taking steps at night during sleep. Blood pressure measurements are so far off that it isn’t usable. It should be taken off the device. It will give people a false sense of wellness. The clock face is fairly easy to change but it keeps defaulting back to one I don’t want. It was a mistake to buy a Kore tracker when there were no reliable, real reviews.

I wish there was a way to change the clock display. I want an analog time display, not a weird (maybe flower shaped) clock face. Overall it is okay.

Whether you cannot sync it, does not have in DayBand to check your oxygen in your blood. It does your blood pressure your heart rate it does check your oxygen in your blood but there’s no appTo store the data! Needs a lot of work!

Without a way to calibrate blood pressure readings against a more precise device, the blood pressure data is practically useless. I’ve compared the readings from this device to Omron and Withings monitors, and the Koretrak readings are always low by comparison. DayBand needs a BP calibration function.

How do you change temperature ( body temp) from c to f

Don’t like military time and I can’t change it! Bought one for me and one for my grandson. Sold both to a couple of girls that doesn’t matter with military time.

I need my body temp to be Fahrenheit
