We Investigate the app owner's website (Rewindstories.com), verify their legitimacy, and uncover hidden scams and complaints.
They don’t activate the tour until 2 days after it’s supposed to start and then try to tell you it worked the whole time. Screenshot everything if you decide to use this, you will need it to file a fraud case with your credit card company later. Also, impossible to delete account when you want to after going thru a bad experience with them. They are so fraudulent and incompetent!
Very disappointed as we purchased panier tour and received a confirmation number GYGBLK2QLW62 but were unable to access the tour through Get YourGuide. Now we are leaving and wasted our money. I would appreciate a refund. Cheryl Martin.
Only works with earbuds apparently
So completely useless since we did not bring our earbuds.
Rewind is impossible to use. Don’t bother
To use the self guided tour, we were required, after purchasing, to use a third party app which would not accept the QR code or the numeric code. After requesting a refund for the download we did not use nor able to access, we were denied a refund. Do not waste your time or money on this unreasonable product.
