This company is a scam

They don’t activate the tour until 2 days after it’s supposed to start and then try to tell you it worked the whole time. Screenshot everything if you decide to use this, you will need it to file a fraud case with your credit card company later. Also, impossible to delete account when you want to after going thru a bad experience with them. They are so fraudulent and incompetent!
Not user friendly

Very disappointed as we purchased panier tour and received a confirmation number GYGBLK2QLW62 but were unable to access the tour through Get YourGuide. Now we are leaving and wasted our money. I would appreciate a refund. Cheryl Martin.
Audio tour does not work
