My prism app keeps locking up. This is beyond frustrating because I use this to keep track of my bills. It won’t let me scroll or anything.

To resolve Prism network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Prism App
1. On android, goto Settings » Prism » click [Force Stop]

Clear Prism App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Prism » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Prism.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Prism » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Prism » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Prism
