My prism app keeps locking up. This is beyond frustrating because I use this to keep track of my bills. It won’t let me scroll or anything.

How to fix Prism app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Prism app on iPhone
Update Prism app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Prism iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Prism network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Prism app issues:

Force Stop the Prism App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Prism app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Prism to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Prism App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Prism app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Prism.

Fix Prism unable to contact server/ Prism internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Prism » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Prism » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Prism on android.
