Prism is WAY worse than Building Engines. None of the PM and Inspections port properly, the steps and data input is incomplete and garbled. The support staff seems inept.

App has been acting up since day 1, sometimes it works and updates ok, but lately it’s been crashing before it opens the main dashboard, and doesn’t let me do anything.

I’d rather throw myself from the highest building on my property than use this terrible app. Constant crashes, constant missing values, takes a lifetime to load. “Ohh it takes time, ohh try updating Prism , oh this, oh that…” Can these freaking companies actually make an app that works as they advertise it these days? My God I’ve found less bugs in Original Xbox games than I have in Prism. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The UI is bad.
The uploading of information is bad.
The loading of current properties is bad.
The submission of inspections fails badly.
The forms filled out do not always save, bad.
The desktop web application is just as bad.
You have fortune 10 companies using your system and it’s so slow on the website and the application.
There is a reason Prism has a 2.1 star review. People have no choice but to deal with it and not enough changes are being made to make Prism any better than it was 6 months ago.
It’s 2024. Update the UI to be more finger friendly, fix the pre-cache issues, make the website move faster.

Sometimes it works and most times it does whatever it wants. Crashes, doesn’t load… I reset Prism and/or restart my phone and nothing loads. Good luck with the refresh button! If you are thinking about getting this app to manage your building requests look else where!

Upload picture from work order followed by getting booted from App every time nothing but issues with this platform on mobile and computer desktop.
