Prism is WAY worse than Building Engines. None of the PM and Inspections port properly, the steps and data input is incomplete and garbled. The support staff seems inept.
Sometimes it works and most times it does whatever it wants. Crashes, doesn’t load… I reset Prism and/or restart my phone and nothing loads. Good luck with the refresh button! If you are thinking about getting this app to manage your building requests look else where!
I would not let my worst enemy use this system!
Upload picture from work order followed by getting booted from App every time nothing but issues with this platform on mobile and computer desktop.
App has been acting up since day 1, sometimes it works and updates ok, but lately it’s been crashing before it opens the main dashboard, and doesn’t let me do anything.
While I was hoping for a better experience than the original building engines I got an good looking updated app, that’s performance is consistently disappointing. It’s to bad that the product does not perform as well as it looks.
I’d rather throw myself from the highest building on my property than use this terrible app. Constant crashes, constant missing values, takes a lifetime to load. “Ohh it takes time, ohh try updating Prism , oh this, oh that…” Can these freaking companies actually make an app that works as they advertise it these days? My God I’ve found less bugs in Original Xbox games than I have in Prism. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Same ole same ole. Get ready to reset your filters often. You will not be able to hear the notification. You will not see a notification. No matter how you set up notifications you will not get a notification from Prism. And if you do get a notification from Prism ( oh wait, you won’t) you can’t hear it. Prism is junk and I wish my company would find a better one to use. New name same junk
App is utter garbage. Whoever designed this find a new job.
