Difficult for techs to use
This app is WAY worse than Building Engines. None of the PM and Inspections port properly, the steps and data input is incomplete and garbled. The support staff seems inept.

Very Temperamental app
Sometimes it works and most times it does whatever it wants. Crashes, doesn’t load… I reset the app and/or restart my phone and nothing loads. Good luck with the refresh button! If you are thinking about getting Prism to manage your building requests look else where!
