There were two pieces wrong.. With the taste I didn't want and you put one piece extra
I talked three times to your customer service and they told me they will send the rest of the products, I wait the whole day in the house but nothing came
I would never ever buy anything from this irresponsible shop again

Yeni update tamami ile herseyi karman corman ediyor saatlerce bir yere varamiyorsunuz birseyi sepete ekliyemiyorsunuz hatta login bile imkansiz appimiki kere tamami ile silip yeniden yukl dim hicbirsey degismedi. Musteri kaybettiniz.

Merhaba uygulamanızda problem var ;aynı ürünün 1 alana bi bedava kampanyanızda sepetimize eklediğimizde fiyatı düşük olan larda indirim yapıyor….mesela iki adet kek (adedi 95 tl )ve iki adet çubuk kraker (adedi 5 tl )aldım diyelim çubuk krakerlerden indirim yapıyor yani toplam 10 tl indirim görünüyor oysa 100 tl indirim olması gerekiyor ….uygulamayı düzeltin lütfrn

It is a buggy app. The way it auto refreshes always causes trouble.

Is there no Carrefour app in English or Spanish?

No way to change my location to Spain. If there is, I don’t read Turkish so I have no way to find out how to change it. I have location turned on but it still thinks I’m in Turkey!

The selection of products and the difficulty of inputting payments and no option to pay at the door is a really big strike against the CarrefourSA system.

A new update is horrible, I’ve been to order but it doesn’t work. Even this application doesn’t have English language for foreigners that lives in this country. Even the browser has same problem. Unfortunately I would prefer migros in turkey rather than this horrendous services.
