How to fix Ba app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ba app on iPhone
Update Ba app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ba iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ba on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ba network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ba Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ba not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ba App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ba » click [Force Stop]

Update Ba to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ba App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ba » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ba.

Fix Ba unable to contact server/ Ba internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ba » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ba » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ba
