Ehome app isn't connecting to my Bluetooth or even showing up on the list to pair with LED strips. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, turned Bluetooth off and back on, tried on a different phone & done troubleshooting. How do I fix this issue?

How to fix Ehome Light app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ehome Light app on iPhone
Update Ehome Light app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ehome Light iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ehome Light on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ehome Light network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ehome Light Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ehome Light not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ehome Light App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ehome Light » click [Force Stop]

Update Ehome Light to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ehome Light App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ehome Light » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ehome Light.

Fix Ehome Light unable to contact server/ Ehome Light internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ehome Light » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ehome Light » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ehome Light
