I recently bought your strip lights however I have never been able to connect via my phone I have tried all your trouble shooting methods without success please advise

Ehome app isn't connecting to my Bluetooth or even showing up on the list to pair with LED strips. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, turned Bluetooth off and back on, tried on a different phone & done troubleshooting. How do I fix this issue?

It keeps saying unreachable. And don’t respond to color change or dimming can only turn it on and off with the lamp switch
