Website/app needs way more product description. None of the items I looked at had the materials listed, rise of jeans, etc. Would br able to shop more items and easier if you listed this information.
Verishop used to be great, until they decided to add a bunch of videos that automatically play at high volume every time you open Verishop .
It’s also very difficult to navigate now - I just want to look at the clothes, not be bombarded by a blaring video every time I navigate to a new section
In the age of the internet, I learned the hard way that this app doesn’t process orders from Friday evening through Monday morning. Meanwhile, smaller competitors are shipping with 1-2 day delivery and processing orders on the same day. 4 days later, they still haven’t shipped my order and customer service can’t cancel it. Shop somewhere else if you can.
hi! i literally love this site, i just discovered it. it has everything i'm looking for, i love the rakuten cashback too lol! also, my delivery was a day late and i was totally understanding bc of covid and everything but you all sent a 10% off my next purchase which was great customer service imo! one thing though... whenever i try to go through my wishlist either on Verishop or on the website (phone or computer), it wont let me scroll past like 20 items and it just stops. but i have like 200 things saved. idk if this is a bug and im sure can be easily fixed, but other than that i really like this shop! :)

I’ve never seen an app like this - the videos are so fun, but mostly I can’t believe I get to shop with friends from all over any time. I just had a Shop Party and got tips from one friend about skincare, and another about how to make great coffee - it was just like bopping around the city and going to boutiques with my besties. Makes shopping online so much fun!

Verishop is actually one of the easiest apps to shop from. I love the feature to swipe on pictures while scrolling. It needs a hearts feature to save clothes for later. I like it a lot though and they have great brands!

this app is extremely easy to use and navigate. I’ve been looking for a shopping app that makes my life easier through a seamless interface and Verishop delivers! Would only recommend a “save for later” feature but it’s not a big issue for me.

Quick and easy to navigate and have helpful videos/recommendations. Was trying to chat with support on my phone through Verishop about sizing questions, but the window is not available on the product page. On desktop it’s there. I called in, and the question was answered immediately, wow!
Have always wanted a quality set of salt and pepper mills. Found these on this app through a wonderful shopping experience. These mills are imported from a long standing well known European company, and have all the features I would hope for in a mill, and metal mechanics. I am very pleased. I would recommend shopping on this app to everyone looking for quality.
