Slow delivery and customer service
In the age of the internet, I learned the hard way that Verishop doesn’t process orders from Friday evening through Monday morning. Meanwhile, smaller competitors are shipping with 1-2 day delivery and processing orders on the same day. 4 days later, they still haven’t shipped my order and customer service can’t cancel it. Shop somewhere else if you can.

Blaring music every time it opens
This app used to be great, until they decided to add a bunch of videos that automatically play at high volume every time you open the app. It’s also very difficult to navigate now - I just want to look at the clothes, not be bombarded by a blaring video every time I navigate to a new section

Website/app needs way more product description. None of the items I looked at had the materials listed, rise of jeans, etc. Would br able to shop more items and easier if you listed this information.
