Hi, I’m on iOS 16.2, the Noto app widget does not appear to be updating or showing anything, it’s just a white background with grey square on the left. I have tried restarting my phone and selecting the correct note I would like to show but it’s still a lifeless background. Kind Regards,

How to fix Noto app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Noto app on iPhone
Update Noto app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Noto iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Noto on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Noto network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Noto Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Noto not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Noto App
1. On android, goto Settings » Noto » click [Force Stop]

Update Noto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Noto App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Noto » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Noto.

Fix Noto unable to contact server/ Noto internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Noto » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Noto » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Noto
