The login process is so cumbersome. It’s obvious that EYTaxChat is just a website wrapped in an app. Not a great app experience either. Please use faceid or touchid.
How can I trust a company to do my taxes that can’t even execute a quality app? EYTaxChat is so buggy and has gotten zero attention or investment. It freezes, it tells me wrong information, it tells me I haven’t paid when I have— I constantly have to ping humans for help with it, so what’s the point of being able to do your taxes on an app? EY doesn’t seem to care, everyone still has to do their taxes, and they still get paid. Be prepared for frustration.
Do not work. Basic functionality that can’t be done on EYTaxChat . Do better.
The tool was easy to understand and to use. Liked that I could just snap a photo of my information and it would upload to EYTaxChat . Also liked the chat feature. It was a painless process to talk with my preparer.
