How can I trust a company to do my taxes that can’t even execute a quality app? The app is so buggy and has gotten zero attention or investment. It freezes, it tells me wrong information, it tells me I haven’t paid when I have— I constantly have to ping humans for help with it, so what’s the point of being able to do your taxes on an app? EY doesn’t seem to care, everyone still has to do their taxes, and they still get paid. Be prepared for frustration.
Login process is very cumbersome

The login process is so cumbersome. It’s obvious that the app is just a website wrapped in an app. Not a great app experience either. Please use faceid or touchid.
