If you click Scene even once and make an adjustment, you can never return to Color or White without completely reinstalling SMRTLite . Killing SMRTLite and restarting does not fix the issue.

Had to replace power supply after only 1 year. Not sure how this system will work if SmartLite goes out of business. Controls should work on wifi, without network connectivity. Poor design. Of 5 glass elements in chandalier, 1 is slighly uneven an rocks slightly. Plastic light diffusers over LED are not all same - 4 are opaque and 1 was clear. Would not recommend. /oleg

Then I had to remove and add the device again. So frustrating.

SMRTLite seems broken. I’m currently in the ‘Scene’ tab and can’t go back to the ‘white’ or ‘color’ tab. I killed SMRTLite and opened it again, and it’s still in the same broken state

No longer functional with new iPhone. Cannot switch between White, Color, or Scene options.

As soon as you click on scene, you can’t go back to the other menus. Useless.

Tried to connect but it don’t work

The light is great! The white light is very bright and is like a studio light. The only problem is SMRTLite . Once you click on scene, you can’t return to the color or white section. Please fix SMRTLite ! Other than that, SMRTLite is great!

SMRTLite is broken and doesn’t work

We have two of these smart lights that we purchased from Costco and installed in my kids bedrooms as their ceiling light. SMRTLite worked great for the first several years, letting us control the lights using our Alexa and scheduled timers. It was nice to be able to change the hue of the light as well. Sometimes the lights would get out of sync with the Wi-Fi and flash on and off though until we could get it to reset. However, a few months ago, my daughter’s light stopped reacting to the schedule, so I went to log into SMRTLite and it is telling me that my username and password (which were saved in my phone) are incorrect. It will not let me login and there is no forgotten password link on SMRTLite . I’m trying to reach the customer service for Support and it looks like their website is not working either. I have no idea how to access the control panel for the lights and she is frustrated about the hue that it is currently stuck on. I know we could return the light to Costco, but we had to pay an electrician to install it for us and it’s not something we can just easily uninstall and return.

The light strip works well most of the time and adds an interesting dimension to the outside lighting. SMRTLite works well when it connects to the WiFi signal. Sometimes it doesn't want to and then it's pretty useless. SMRTLite itself is clunky and could use much needed improvement. Editing the sequences could be better and one sequence can't be edited at all.

So I got the LED strips for Christmas and I love them but I would like it if you could turn them on and off in the control Center on iPhone thanks

Love these lights. I have above my cupboards in my kitchen. Turned to light blue. I have them turn on in the evening and off at midnight. So, Never can forget to turn off and so lovely.

Easy to use, best in the market
