For over 3 weeks been complaining Protrader keeps crashing, buffering and logging me out, I have put in so many requests via customer service on your platform and yet im still suffering because the Protarder isn't stable in its connection, I have checked my internet connection everytime and my connection is stable I've also sent so many screenshots of the issue today ive lost yet another sizable trade as i wasnt able to change sl

To resolve Vantage network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Vantage app issues:

Force Stop the Vantage App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Vantage app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Vantage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vantage App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Vantage app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Vantage.

Fix Vantage unable to contact server/ Vantage internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Vantage » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Vantage » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
