For over 3 weeks been complaining Protrader keeps crashing, buffering and logging me out, I have put in so many requests via customer service on your platform and yet im still suffering because the Protarder isn't stable in its connection, I have checked my internet connection everytime and my connection is stable I've also sent so many screenshots of the issue today ive lost yet another sizable trade as i wasnt able to change sl

How to fix Vantage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vantage app on iPhone
Update Vantage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vantage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vantage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vantage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Vantage Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Vantage not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Vantage App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vantage » click [Force Stop]

Update Vantage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vantage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vantage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vantage.

Fix Vantage unable to contact server/ Vantage internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vantage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vantage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
