This is the message I sent to Nozbe support, wanting to know if I'm the only one experiencing it : "I have updated my password but now I can't log to Nozbe teams, wether on my 2 computers or on my phone. After entering my email/pass, the loading pictogram turns for a minute then the screen returns to the email/password prompt without further message except on my phone where it says a server error was encountered. Is Nozbe experiencing login server errors or is there a problem with my account? Please provide an answer as soon as you can, I am basically managing my whole life with Nozbe and not being able to access it is extremely distressing..."

How to fix Nozbe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nozbe app on iPhone
Update Nozbe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nozbe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nozbe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nozbe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nozbe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nozbe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nozbe App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nozbe » click [Force Stop]

Update Nozbe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nozbe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nozbe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nozbe.

Fix Nozbe unable to contact server/ Nozbe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nozbe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nozbe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
