I’ve been using this app Personal for over a decade as my trusted GTD system, for both personal and work tasks. It’s been an indispensable part of my daily life. I recently switched to this app and it’s exceeded my expectations. I especially love the ability to favorite projects, the search and filtering features, and the team collaboration features. This product is built by people who actually use it, and truly understand the way people work.

For over a decade this app has been my go to app for getting things done. It’s one of the best GTD stye task management tools available and in my opinion it's the best for working with a small or growing team. I've quit using it several times to find something better, but I always come back. The team behind this app is constantly working to improve Nozbe and they listen to their customers.

Essential task and project management for small organizations

this app is a perfect level of complexity for a single user or small organization to manage projects and tasks and integrate into an overall productivity system for your organization. It lacks some of the bells and whistles of larger program management applications, but for me that is what makes it attractive. It has what small organizations need while allowing you to use it as part of a system with other applications, rather than relying on one app for everything. I’ve used this app for personal use and for my nonprofit for over a decade and see no reason to go to another application.
