Hello. My problem is with one live from Golden Child when I open it it says access denied.
I download weverse using browser after many struggles and tryed to enter in it but its showing to upgrade but when I tap to upgrade its showing your device is not compatible for this version. When I've already downloaded it but can't log in!!!

The new LIVE needs to have Captions Option added for Multiple Languages and Subtitles. Vlive always added this feature Approx. 24 hours after Live broadcast. ARMY go back to rewatch and understand what was said. This is a huge issue that needs immediate attention and corrected ASAP. For Korean ARMY also when RM spoke English for most recent Live. Developers for the All New and Improved Weverse shouldn’t have overlooked this feature. It’s a big deal. Translators on Twitter try to help but some are often incorrect. Others are exact but it’s part of the APP that should be built in. If you’re going to take over for Vlive do it right please. Thank you.
I was update my weverse ,then my weverse is not open they want my password I forgot that so I reset my password after that I was able to open weverse saw my account but after some days when I wanted to open it then weverse show me "Exit or Retry" I press retry then show me "your network connection is not ready" what is it??? Disgusting 😒

To connect weverse to my appletv i need to scan the QR code from my tv to the weverse app, it tells me to link then i press ok then it does not link. I still have the app on my phone and ipad but now it wont connect to my tv. I did have it on my tv before the update, but i deleted it because it did not have one of the fandoms i added after the update, wen i re loaded it now its not connecting
