Well usually the subtitles of the livestreams are available after 24 hours or a day and a half, but the most recent live of the page of the artist BTS hasn't been added subtitles yet.

Hello, Today, I wanted to post something on Weverse and I have a notification telling me that I can't do that since my account has been reported to many times. I don't really understand. I didn't post anything insulting. I'm only active in two community: BTS (where I just posted about the MAMA 2024 vote) and Riize. On the last one, I openly showed my support Seunghan. I think some fans must have reported my account because of it. But this is freedom of speech and since I didn't insult anyone, I don't think it's fair that my account is suspended. Hey, weverse.. I want to make a complaint that I am not getting live notification from weverse from last 3-4 months.weverse sends me all other notifications like event, magazine and new post, replies But just problem in live notification i am kindly requesting you please find out the solution asap I already downloaded this app 2-3 times till now and also checked the notification but still this problem is there please do something.. please fix this problem as soon as possible or soon I will delete this app because now I didn't have any other option..

PLEASE READ. Hello Weverse, I would like to give you some feedback upon the new Weverse update. You see not many are happy with some things that the new update has changed from the previous Weverse. For example removing trending page, not allowing users to see who cheered their posts/not giving notification when someone has cheered your posts. I would like to request for you to return those features. As many are leaving due to the dislike of the new update. Please consider this. I hope you see this and take some action towards this issue. Also with the new update the app's notification centre has become very laggy, please look into that as well. Thank you, I hope you make these changes very soon

I would like to speak with someone regarding purchasing. My complaint is the following: When I have put items in my cart and are on the page to purchase, why/how is it the item that is in my cart and being purchased can suddenly be sold out? I equate that with being in line a the store and because the person behind me likes what I have they just reach in and take it for themselves. I feel if it’s in my cart and I’m in the process of purchasing it it should no longer be available for purchase by someone else. This happened not once but twice as I was attempting to purchase JUNGKOOK’S mood lamp. I have since sent an email inquiring when and if this item, as well as the other Artist-Made items, will be restocked. It seems to me that Weverse/HYBE should have know the amount of people that would be attempting to purchase these items. With all of my previous concerned I would like to know if Weverse/HYBE will be restocking the items? Also, I would like to state that this is my second email I have sent to the company and I would reall appreciate an answer to my inquiry.

I purchased 2 media contents from Weverse. They are not cheap. $30 each. However, they won’t play on the Weverse tv app. And whenI tried to play it through Chromecast, it will lag and freeze. This so frustrating and so unfair. With the amount of money they are charging, they should provide better service.

Genuinely the most disgusting and ugly hearted comments filled with hate and prejudice. I have seen gore images posted there, even some of black people being lynched. The entire chat room for enhypen needs to be confiscated, it will give less of an opportunity for fans to spread hate towards black people in the fanbase. There’s apps like Twitter and Instagram that can fully keep fans updated any projects going on. Or Weverse should get rid of the feed option, so fans can still use the app without spreading harmful messages towards others. Weverse doesn’t have to do this for long if they don’t want to, just a few days or weeks until fans learn fo resolve their own conflicts. This is not meant any hate towards the group, I am expressing my concerns in the fanbase and the fanbase only.

Deleting member post without any reason is not the best way to build user trust

I’ve been using Weverse for over a year. It’s been overall good and it’s been advertised as a platform for open communications between fans and artists.

However, what happened today is not acceptable.

One fan’s post was deleted without any reason, and more importantly, it has an artist’s comment. Enhypen was just debuted on 11/30 and member Heeseung commented on a fan post on 12/1 afternoon, but by the evening, the original post was taken down for no reason (unsure if it’s a system glitch or user report.)

The original post does not violate any rules based on what I saw, and it hurt the feelings of fans and artists a lot. Now the original poster’s account gets taken down as well.

I don’t think randomly deleting user post without any reason is the best way to build trust.

1) Recover the post and original poster’s account
2) Build functions to appeal for any post deletion / account deletion

To make the move from FanCafe to weverse was an extreme downgrade.
1. The app/website is not made to handle high traffic. As soon as one of the members post, everybody opens the app and translations don’t even become available because everyone is using it. It also often crashes out of nowhere and autocorrect is not allowed... consequently, I make a lot of typos. This is probably a personal problem but it’s still bothersome.
2. (The most important) There is no form to protect the artist. Everyone has access to it and can post pretty much anything. Moderation of posts non-existent. I think it would be smart to implement a level up mechanism like in FanCafe where only a few can be approved to post at all. I honestly don’t care if I can no longer post as long as the artists are not constantly being harassed, defamed, and bossed around to their face by teenagers who think they owe them something... when in reality they probably don’t even purchase any merchandise and claim have been in the fandom for 10 years when they don’t even know the full names of the artists. They probably call them oppas too.
3. You can only report a small amount of posts before your own account gets temporality suspended, and it’s quite unfortunate because the app is full of idiots. Oh! But they allow to post spam! Ironic. I swear Amino has more control over its users than Weverse.
4. Costumer service does not exist. At least not the shop.
