I had was a member with my last emplolyer and have access to the program again with my new insurance, i scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but already know how program works and am not able to log on to the app so dont know if my account was deactivated. The code that was provided to me says its already in use.

You are ineligible for the program if your device is not compatible with the CGMs TwinHealth uses. Dexcom G7 (arm) requires at least an iPhone 11, and the Dexcom G6 (stomach) requires at least an iPhone 8.
I wouldn’t have wasted my time signing up, downloading the TH app, answering the numerous in-app questions about me and my health status, watching their intro videos, and the 20 minute intake call… all to be told I’m ineligible to continue due to my phone not being supported by their CGM devices. Incredibly disappointing.
Developer/company feedback: Please look into supporting older phones. Alt idea that could solve my issue: Don’t let someone download the main TwinHealth app unless their device also meets the other tools’ requirements.

The tech people who upgrade the app according to their words, programmed the AI to try to basically eliminate any kind of sweeteners from the foods you eat. Foods that I was able to eat with artificial sweeteners instead of sugar are now bad for me which means I can’t add sweeteners into any of my meals or foods. Their sensors no longer sync up correctly to the app. Their tech-support in solving problems are not responsive. It’s a very frustrating plan that Twin Health has for pre-diabetic users.

- food guide is decent if totally reactionary. no actual diet help
- 16hour / day garmin wearing required and no way to turn off garmin notifications. CONSTANT distractions.
