None of my templates are showing. I get "connection problems", but evidently my internet is fine
M110 app won't stay running
the paper just go back and forth in the printer , and then nothing happen .

Not able to use the program app. Can not change the font at all.
Using with iphone13. It works until I close it but then freezes and won’t upload the “accept terms” window to move on.
Purchased M221 from Amazon. Cannot connect with bluetooth. Have researched and done all the things suggested from web postings. Deleted and reinstalled App. Turned printer on and off. Checked iPhone settings and app is set for bluetooth. Need some technical support or will have to return to Amazon.
I can get into the Home Screen and tap print images and pick either photo editing or collage, it brings me to that screen but all functionalities are disabled/not working. How do I proceed? I can’t print now.
I recently purchased an M220 via Amazon. The initial download, install of your PrintMaster app and its successful connection to my iPhone 12 MaxPro was completed without any problems, a few days ago. I created my PrintMaster account via FaceBook because the email from Phomemo was not being received by me in a timely manner. I printed a few test labels on all 3-label sizes shipped with the printer. All of these printed successfully. Now today I'm trying to print a new label and the printer is not being recognized by your PrintMaster app, therefore I cannot print anything. If I do not receive a reply to ASAP from Phomemo as to a full solution to my problem, I will return the printer via Amazon!
App won't function on ipad. Lets me select an image but then freezes up and closes when I try to do anything else.
Just purchased Phomemo MO2 thermal printer, but app will not download onto my android phone. This renders the printer useless and will be returned for a refund. Very disappointed with your technology.
The app crashes before I can even pair my device. It goes blank and shuts off every time I go to use it. I've tried redownloading the app, restarting my phone, Bluetooth, the printer. Nothing keeps the app functional it shuts off every time.
