Unless it’s the version of the paid account my company uses, smrtPhone hardly does anything useful. I can’t access text threads. The text page is not consistently opening. There are no additional fields to save with contacts. For some reason, some numbers are not saving the contact name. No idea what’s going on there. The only good feature I see on the phone app is attaching MMS files, e.g. photos. However, in the Real Estate CRM we use, REISift, I cannot use MMS. No idea why not. I’m trying to account for what the reasons are for me being wrong that is independent of smrtPhone , and I come up with nothing. I use an iPhone 10. Not many apps are open. Have good wifi. So overall review is smrtPhone is terrible. It doesn’t even have the basics. I’m pretty sure I’m using a current version since I downloaded smrtPhone a few weeks ago. Hope that helps! The company doesn’t sound receptive to feedback in the exchanges I have had with them so far. SO, another strike.

When they finally respond to you - Chat being the only option - they say all the typical nice generic phrases, but they are not capable of any resolutions. You will lose days and days with systems not working properly with either denial of the issue or the promise that they will have their “developers” look into it. And their Dialer is even worse.

Would be a great app if they could fix the bugs. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall just to take calls on my mobile phone.

I had the same issue for going on two weeks now. No one seems to be able to fix it. No one even knows the status. Always get somebody new, and the person act like hearing my problem for the first time.

When you have multiple of phone numbers, there is no way to see which text /call came from what number. If you see the call coming in, it is also a lot of text going across the banner. It is super bad and needs a complete overhaul.

One of those companies that get your free trial started, don't tell you before you get charged and when it ends. Then when you try to cancel it's really difficult to do so, and they won't refund your money even if you cancel that same day. Terrible.

It’s buggy. It will display incorrect caller ID info if there are calls that occur too close together, to name one. Another would be that I have not been able to adjust how notification of incoming calls is provided. If there is a way remove smrtPhone USER NAME from slowly scrolling past, before slowly scrolling to reveal the contact information of who is calling when my phone is locked, please let me know.

You can dial and text out great, but incoming calls, texts, and voicemails only sometimes work. If you have multiple team members only some will get the messages. So then you’re having to communicate to one another to see if they got their message. Defeats the purpose of using this platform for a business. If this wasn’t rolled into our company’s CRM, I’d just use my personal number.

It constantly freezes have to open and close multiple times to get it to work

I do not receive any phone notifications when I get text. Also app does not automatically refresh if it is not open. If I’m away from my computer, I would never know if someone contacted me.

this app is a good concept but there are so many bugs. App is constantly crashing and signs you out all the time

Keeps signing me out, only works half the time

I have been using smrt phone for several years now and I wouldn’t want to run my business without it!

Works as it says it will. Intuitive and a great complement to the web product.

I’ve used this system for 3+ years. I enjoy using multiple phone numbers if I need them and I can send a follow-up text message with the click of a button.

This is an awesome software that is very compatible with our CRM (Podio) and smrtPhone is very handy for when we’re away from the office.

I tried a competitor before a colleague mentioned this app. I love this service! And it put Podio on overdrive :)

Wonderful idea! Great on desktop, terrible on mobile, dropped calls, forced to log out on a daily bases. 1 star bc it communicates w Podio out of box. Otherwise, use anything else.

So easy to use a Lou could do it!!!

But for something’s sake allow me to send pictures through the website…. I feel like I’m in 1999 when I’m trying to send a picture from there
