I'm struggling to register on the app. The app doesn't take my email address and password when registering. I've trying with different passwords but still, I can't register.

My fitpro watch won't open

When I hit the message icon it says 'Null...' What do I do?

I am running Fitpro on my Iphone12. Since the update when I use Fitpro to record a bike ride it won't end the session and just says "check internet connection". The main reason I use the app is to capture data from my bicycle training. This is useless now as I can't save the data. Do I need to get a different App and smart watch? or can this be fixed. I have tried restarting the phone after turning off various controls. Nothing seems to work. Please advise

FitPro app willl not close. Nothing happens when you force the fitpro app to stop. I have tried from "running service" and from the "battery usage". The app will not close. Any solution?

I instaaled the app on 3 android devices and all of them had the issue of "device stopped working" on all of them. Mmmm,, must be my devices.
