As stated by others, the marketing oversells the watch

It does charge, it does turn on and it does quite a bit fairly well. This is a bonafide smart watch however it’s at the low tech and lower quality range of the spectrum. Nonetheless it is actually a pretty decent little gadget. What’s killing it is a lack of instructions accompanying its packaging and a set-up procedure that isn’t really intuitive. After several weeks of fiddling with it I figured out how it worked and synced it to my iPhone flawlessy. And for a low end smart watch it actually provides an impressive set of features and functions. You can’t answer calls or make appointments or add any functions to what isn’t included in the firmware but it tracks your basic physical fitness exercises, your steps, heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, warns you when you’ve been sedentary to long. It displays your sms and mms messages as they come in, allows to set reminder alarms, configures to know when your wrist is raised to activate the display, has a fully customizable display, can control your music, locate your phone. I’ve never gotten the weather or temperature to sync right yet but all in all, not a bad little gadget. I’ll give it a four star rating. Anyone who thought they were going to get a top grade watch from China for that cheap is either incredibly optimistic or incredibly naive.

Overpriced device

After receiving the item( package was crushed and damaged upon receipt) I opened it up and tried to connect the charger and saw that it was basically a very poorly designed way to charge it. The cable is way too small to stay on it , it was broken at base where it connects ( magnetic connector type) and when connecting it resets to default settings. So you have to manually reset it every time you charge it. The other issue was with FitPro . It would not recognize the device whenever I was checking on my stats. The information screen is way too small to read ( date and year especially ). The customer service is very unreliable and won’t accept the fact that I am unhappy with the service and product to authorize the return of my order and payment. All they want is videos of the item being un-functional. I would say overall that it is a $10 item priced as a $45-50 item( or more depending on how much you paid). Definitely not satisfied with the service and item. If I could give it zero stars I would have to give it negative stars . It’s a useless device for anyone to use.

Cheapest tech gadget i ever seen

- In adv. web site it says “water proof” but when you read manual that comes with it’ box; it is written that i should keep it away from water.
- It claims that device reads hearth rate but when you open back cover you only see 2 led bulbs, no sensors. The proof is; even watch is not on your wrist; it keeps getting random readings.
- At their web page they claim that they use lith-ion battery. Big lie! After opening the back cover you see nickel base battery that lasts barely 1 day.
- I accidentally registered with a wrong email address. Thought that by re-registering with the correct email address i can fix the issue. Nope! System is locked. Tried to login but the whole system is locked to that email address and password. It doesn’t even lets you to re-register your own this app.
- this app app locks standard function (changing desktop pictures) with login. If you happen to lose your access info to the device, it is done deal. Tried to reach their support team with their email address. At their web site it says in 24hr they will reply but no chance.

Over promised but under delivery

First of all, I received my ordered product in 3 days. I definitely think this product is not quite what advertised. However, it is a $35-50 smart watch depending how many you bought. The quality is not the best but I kudo myself that I made it worked. When I registered it, it did not take my login. I speculated there is a time delay and case sensitive. Next, the health data definitely is not perfect but I am using it to track my steps. I decided to give my another one to kids because it is more like a toy than a actual smart watch. Yes, the battery does only last for a day or so but it took me about 45 min. to charge each day. I was not able to receive a call, SMS text or line message (I have a iPhone 12). I don’t have time to deal with the refund because the company said easy refund and 60 days guarantee but then they wrote me back and said they will charge 15% restocking and handling fee plus shipping on “unopened” box. Again, that is not what I interpreted on their website.

It’s not working for me

FitPro worked ok for a while, but after a few weeks it froze and I wasn’t able to sync my phone to my watch anymore. So I deleted FitPro and reinstalled it. Now FitPro isn’t frozen but it won’t connect to my watch. When I go to search for the watch to connect it, it just says ‘scan’ and never ends. When FitPro was working, none of functions seemed just right. Most of the time the step count tracked with the watch seems way off. I used FitPro to track my distance while walking. It worked sometimes, but others it seemed to have a glitch and missed part of my walk and just drew a straight line trough one spot on my walk to another, cutting off a chunk of my walking distance. The only function I really like about FitPro is it connects to my watch to vibrate when I’m getting a phone call. That is handy because I often have my phone on silent and don’t realize someone is calling even when it’s in my pocket, but I feel the phone vibration very well.

Very unhappy with Cardieo “smart watch”

I lost $50 on this terribly designed watch and app. When I got the product in my hands I wondered if this was the output of a beginner coding group project. The advertisement was obviously very compelling but these folks waaaay under delivered. I wear my shame for biting on the purchase of this watch and hope this review saves you from repeating it.

Need specifics? The battery life was not one week as advertised, it barely made it through a day. The biometric information that some would rely on for accuracy? I was getting favorable numbers (which knowing my health made me suspicious) and one time I ran the BP routine while the watch was OFF of my arm and the numbers still came out good! That is dangerously fraudulent! I could go on with half a dozen other things were substandard on this watch and app but it would take even more time than I’ve lost typing what I’ve typed. Buyer beware!

Mister

First you order something seen on Apple Store, you believe, they are reputable.
The lack of customer service and telling. I tried everything and stumble up on a tech service forum saying, these people are a scam. I person bought 4 watches and stated no charging cable came with the watch. He stated he was just going to give up. I start asking how do I charge the Get Watch. I found the half band must be taken off. Most people are fearful, as was I. Struggled getting it off for a charging.
I truthfully given the opportunity would not purchase this product again. It is solely Chinese and very inferior. I don’t expect it to work long. I took the life time warranty but with a warranty it’s only as good as those standing
behind. Not looking good from where, I’m standing.o
Caution is knowingly not to buy from an unknown source with limited experience.

First Fitbit but I’m impressed already

Wow! I’m loving this piece so far. The sleep info is fantastic. Looking forward to see how it does on my long hike this weekend. Thanks for such a nice tool at a reasonable price. And the CS response time was astonishing. Keep up the good work!

I’d give it a 5 star, but I’ve only had it in use for less than 24 hrs, so I need more time to explore it. My only disappointment was the instructions that came with it. It’s in 3pt (if that!) font and the instructions themselves are not clear at all. It would be easier on everyone to just include a link to the instructions online in the “product delivered” email , which I received after responding to that email when I couldn’t figure out how to charge it.

Horrible quality

I’ve had issues with this before even receiving Watch. No where on the website does it say it’s coming from China, it took extremely long to get to me out of the scopes of what you would expect from an out of country item. Upon receiving; The packaging was horrible in the box was completely dented and not protected.
The quality of the watch is of that like a child’s play smart watch you can tell it’s cheap you can tell it’s not perfectly put together you can see gaps on the side once you connect it to the sports band it’s an even the actual band is probably the nicest part of the watch. Super glad I got a refund things to disputing the charge with my bank because this is not at all the quality that I expected let alone the issues I’ve had with him prior to even receiving my best advice to anybody would be to not buy this.

Love ❤️ My FitPro!

My this app has positively changed my life for the better. I'm 66 years old and I’m now doing much more walking than before I got this watch. I absolutely love ❤️ using the pedometer function while I walk laps in the basement. Plus I’m very happy with all the other health monitoring functions of this excellent watch: heart rate, blood pressure & blood oxygen levels, and sleep tracking.

Get this watch, you’ll be glad you did. Also, I’ve had no problems signing in to FitPro & syncing it with my watch.

Matter of fact, because of all it’s health monitoring functions I bought an extra watch for a disabled family friend. She loves ❤️ it too!

If I could leave negative stars I would

I have left exactly 2 bad reviews in my life. This one, and one one on the groupon site also about this watch. The ad for the watch was filled with nothing but bald faced lies. It does not charge. It does not turn on. My husband opened it up to figure out what was going on with it and found that NOT A SINGLE ONE of the features in the ad were true. It is missing half of the things that make a smart watch a smart watch. The other half is replaced with cheap gimmicks to imitate the components it claims it has. I pride myself on my ability to make even the worst of products work for me. I’m a silver lining kind of person. There is no silver lining for this watch. It won’t even work as a paperweight. I still would have been deeply disappointed had I gotten this out of the quarter machine in front of the grocery store.

Remote camera quit

I have had 3 of them but they break easy. The led display quit on one after about 2 months. It faded out where you couldn’t read it. The 2nd one the led went completely black within 2 weeks. Got neither one wet although they say they are water resistant.
The 3rd one I now have has lasted so far about 4 months. Problem is they always un-synch. I have to constantly go into app to get the time correct and synch and because of this the alarm won’t work. I noticed the remote camera part on the band to take pics no longer does a thing. It’s as if you guys deleted the feature. It shows in my watch it’s there. It shows in your app. I try and take a pic and nothing. Just a dead button in your app.

Acceptable

I purchased this product thinking it was too good to be true! When it arrived in the mail, I couldn’t believe my eyes! It looks like a 38mm Iwatch and has some of the same functionality as the first gen Iwatch! I am pleased with this, and the price I paid was only shipping and handling! I feel like this is a great starter watch for my kids, rather than purchasing the Iwatch!

It takes my steps, blood pressure, oxygen level, calls through bluetooth, and I can listen to music!

Thank you to whom ever the developer is, as I can not read the name. (It’s in another language)

Return it

Took several weeks for watch to arrive. Instructions are minimal. Found some you tube videos and finally got set up. Did not work well with my I phone 11. Screen kept going dark. Asked to return and they sent me a second, replacement watch. Same issues. Asked again for instructions to return. They offered to refund 20% of what I paid and let me keep the watches. Told them they don’t work for me so discount does not help. Then sent me steps to operate the watch which I’d already done. Then told me to send picture or video of the product, which I did. Told them I just want to return both and get a refund. They finally have given me info to return(at my expense) and said they will refund when they receive the watches

No good

DianeRoute i’m sending you this review on this smart watch it’s a smart watch OK it’s smart my sister right out of $100 and you are to be ashamed of yourself because the performance is very poor on this smart watch after you let the battery charge overnight two days and then put the watch on by the time you get in the car the battery is dead so how can you track anything when the battery goes out I think you need to go back to the drawing board and see what you can do to get the perform of the smart watch to figure out why the battery don’t work I don’t stay on long that’s a shame that you’ve beaten people out of money like that for your own good and it’s not right that’s all I have to say on this watch

Fine for what it is

You get what you pay for. I think FitPro has a lot of potential and a lot of high end features, it’s just not the most user-friendly, and was obviously designed in another language because some of the translations just don’t make a ton of sense. I bought the watch off of Wish for like 8 dollars, so all things considered, I really can’t complain. I just needed something to tell me my heart rate, steps, and tell the time and that’s exactly what I got and more. Don’t expect a Fitbit from a 10 dollar device.

Bargain price bargain product

For me, It’s not as bad as most of the reviewers are saying. There is no charger, just pull the top wrist band off and plug it into any usb charger slot. The only way to really do any setup is through the phone app, not on the watch. It seems to keep time and track steps well and when and if you let it die (mine lasts several days on a charge) connecting to FitPro after recharging it resets the time, etc automatically. Be realistic about setting your expectations to match the price you are paying. It’s not an Apple Watch, but it’s not hundreds of dollars either.

I agree. More like a toy than a smartwatch.

I bought this to monitor my sleep. I guess I was under the impression that it would connect to my Sleep Cycle app- which was my mistake; but in fact it has its own dumbed down version- whatever.
I still wanted to try it. The only kink was that the part of the this app app that is for sleep analysis, seems to be more of a wire-frame, than an actual functioning element. After going round and round in circles between FitPro and the watch menu (by the way, the sleep analysis is not mentioned in the menu on the watch itself, anywhere) I looked up and realized it was 3am and I had to be up in 3.5h. So I said eff the watch and threw it aside.
Thanking the stars that I paid $13 for it.

Oh, and if you see my positive review on the
Light In The Box website/ app; ignore it, I only wrote it so I would get the points.
The most truthful part of that review, a little clue at the end, is the question

“How do they fit so much technology in a $13 chintzy FitBit knockoff?!”

The answer is “They don’t!”

UI is poor but data transfer to Health app even worse

I installed FitPro to connect to a fitness tracker I bought. It was painful to set up, only supports metric measurements so I had to convert for US. But, the killer is that when you finally get a sync from the fitness tracker, it brings everything in at that moment in time. It doesn’t track your steps based on time. Today, since I hadn’t synced in a couple of days, I did 18,000 steps at 6 pm. My old tracker and app kept track of the times I actually walked so the steps were spread out over the day.

By

Last updated helped.

FitPro ’s sleep feature does not work. The number steps are seeming off. No joke it said I took 18,000 steps in one day. Wow! Not possible since I have a bump leg. Thank you for linking it to apple data with the last update! Please make this a fully functional app and I will update and give 5 stars! Thanks!

How to work sleep log?

It took me several hours to register because it keeps telling me I’m registered and when I log on I’m not registered...I restarted 6x until it fully worked for me. But keeping the sleep is important to me having the sleep apnea. Please send reply as to how sleep monitor will work. Thank you

By

Quit working completely

It refuses to let me login I reset everything and that made it worse when I try to login it does not recognize the watchthe watch and FitPro are not communicating and has not for over ten days which is why I tried to reinstall the same thing happened to my friends this may be cheap but don’t waste your money free would be too expensive

By

It’s ok little minor things

The watch charges with the end of the watch without the band and plug it into your usb charger that you would a regular charger cord and it charged it just fine if you put your camera on and scan your barcode it all comes up and gives you better options to show you how to read it in English. Not the best but it will do

By

Watch worked great! Until it stopped charging :(

I had no problems with setting it up and using the features but it charged fine the first time and then hasn’t charged since. So it’s been dead for days and now I’m out $16.

By

Can’t set up sleep tracking

While it mostly works, it’s tedious to set up and seems impossible to set up the sleep tracker, which part of the whole reason I got this. Sigh.

By

ANC wear

Instructions are unclear. FitPro provides no instructions on how to set up the product.

The web site appears to be written in Chinese characters and provides no clues on how to view any information in English.

Please do not buy this device as a present for anyone you care about. Trying to set it up is a complete waste of time without proper instructions.

M4 Smart Bracelet

The reason i gave a 3 stars is because I received the watch as mentioned and displayed.
However i was disappointed with unable to log in to enter my infos as published in ‘mine’...!
Please provide more instructions as to fully utilise this watch. Thank you

By

Since the update

My watch was working ok it was counting the steps I don’t know how accurate it was. The sleep option was working but now it’s not it hasn’t worked since the update. But at least the blood pressure is still almost accurate and working. Also I like how you take of the band and change it with usb no charger to lose

Bothered

Though my watch/band has synced with my phone , it’s not allowing me to register with my email due to the server . This is keeping me from calculating all my data as well as keep my bracelet synced with my phone ! Please fix this where I can rate FitPro with positivity
Thanks

By

It has problems

FitPro does not always use English on the screen. Would be nice for a language choice. You cannot register FitPro . The domain appears to be offline.

Bought a model Y13 Smart watch, Scanned QR code, which shows it is FitPro, filled in name, etc. until I came to part where it asks for Visa/Credit card details, so aborted completion. WHY does a Smart watch icon require a credit card? Should I complete so I can use the Smart watch, or is it a scam? Ann

My wife saw an online advertisement for the device. It said that the device monitored your heart rate. Since I have A-fib, she said that would be great for me to have. We bought two,one for me and one for her. What a waste of $90.

My fitpro keeps turning on by itself.

Les Davey   1 year ago

I felt I was scammed with this purchase. The smartwatch is only fit for the junk heap. It does not stay charged for a full day and you have to struggle to separate the watch band away from the watch to charge each time. Also the app is totally useless. I think the saying buyer beware is very relevant when purchasing this watch. Luckily I was eventually able to get a full refund after much backwards and forwards. My advice is don't but this watch.

Sheri Reid   2 years ago

Had it for less than a week. Not holding a charge for more than 12 hours and when it runs out of batteries it loses your step count

Received my FitPro a few days ago and it is not working. Incorrect time, no data working, and it won’t sync with my apple phone. I want information on how to send it back and get a refund. Customer service keeps refusing to help me! Please help me

It doesn’t always charge, once it did could not connect it to the App. Simply didn’t work, and didn’t look new either. Don’t go there, you can get similar watches from reputable firms and they can be cheaper!!!!!!!!

Not good showed I'd done steps while it was on the table not even worn.hrm miles out my heart rests at 36 this app/watch showed 90? at rest .mines now going in the bin.
