The chat has some major issues. After about 30 seconds to a minute of chatting with a customer, the chat starts lagging behind by 5-10 seconds. A problem that is only amplified by the lack of autocorrect.

The keyboard is not suggesting or predicting text, and the emoji option is grayed out. I've stopped the app and uninstalled it 3 times. It's still not working. Also, this only occurs in the chat with the customers. If I write a review or type anything anywhere else on the app, my keyboard functions perfectly

How to fix Tasker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tasker app on iPhone
Update Tasker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tasker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tasker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tasker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Tasker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tasker App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tasker » click [Force Stop]

Update Tasker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tasker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tasker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tasker.

Fix Tasker unable to contact server/ Tasker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tasker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tasker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
