I had a very horrible and upsetting experience on this card. I had a disputed charge ,after I received an email notice saying that it was resolved and give back my money,after 2 weeks,they took back my refund,I called hotline and they said they can’t do anything about it. So just stole my money,helpless policy! Don’t deserve even 1 star rate…should be ZERO star rate for your helpless policy and customer hotline,you stolen my money!

EXCEED worked perfectly fine until recently. I signed in and was told I had to update my password. Ok, fine. So, I tried and it told me there was an error. I tried to sign in again and I got the same error message. I tried to change my password again and I was told I couldn’t attempt to change my password more than once in 24 hours. I waited 25 hours and I tried again with the same result. This happened the next day, and the day after, and the day after. Since I no longer have access to the account, I withdrew my direct deposit to this card. I’m not going to use it if I can’t access it, no negotiations. I now have my earnings deposited into another account.

Every time I update EXCEED , there’s a problem when I try to use it so I have to delete EXCEED and then reinstall it. EVERY TIME! And I don’t even see a difference with the updates so what exactly is being updated? And why does it ALWAYS interfere with the use of EXCEED ? I just updated it and I can’t even use EXCEED now because it says to make sure you have the updated version and are on a reliable network, which I am. It seems that each time it gets updated, it becomes more and more impossible to use.

This card is one of the few reasons I miss working for Walmart. It is a beautiful thing that these large corporations that admittedly pay employees at-or-very-near minimum wage are able to offer a money management solution that allows people to break away from the endless fees of the major banks out there.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. This week it’s not . Making me update my password.. then doesn’t allow me to change said password. I’ve been unable to log in for a week now. Not to mention my money was once stuck in a piggy back acct feature that EXCEED has.. but if you cant log in you can use the piggy bank feature. So proceed with caution, I too like so many others will be removing my direct deposit off this card. Too many problems. I’ve been using this card since my Walmart days .. sad that it can’t get it together . This card was once beneficial .

This is one of the worst cards i have ever had. Customer service barely speaks English, filed a dispute and the claim paper work and the claim decision was mailed to me AT THE SAME TIME. The stated they contacted the merchant and made a decision based off of past history with the merchant, and the whole point was the MERCHANT stated the charge came from someone else’s merchant account and not mine. Called back argued with tier one and asked for a manager and they kept me on hold for 20 mins. I would NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS CARD OR BANK SERVICE. All around terrible! Take your money out and just close the account is my advice to EVERYONE!!

I was reading the latest reviews about how since the last update 2 weeks ago people have not been able to log into EXCEED . Well I have only had this problem for the last couple days that I have noticed, and really only cause I couldn’t see my balance. I took a chance and delete app then redownloaded and it let me log in with no problem

EXCEED can be very frustrating to handle. I prefer to use Face ID to open all of my apps and it hardly ever operates on EXCEED accurately. It constantly gives me an error message, to which I have to type in my password and then it has to verify if it’s me every time through text message or email. I hope this is just a glitch but even if I just want to see my outstanding balance, it says N/A until I unlock EXCEED .

EXCEED is getting worse with every update they do to it. Go back to the original or fix what’s wrong. It’s not fun when you’re at a store and need to move money from piggy bank to main part of the card so you can buy stuff only to find out you can’t because EXCEED don’t work. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate that I’m being charged 3 dollars to put money in my account when no other bank charges that. Then all banks except for you just deposit a check into your account. You all make us cash the check and charge for that then deposit the cash and charge for that. I find that ridiculous. Since I retired from Walmart it seems I’m being taken advantage of and I’m not very appreciative of it. In my opinion your bank is less than satisfactory. I’m waiting for my deposit to come in and I will be changing banks.

It’s almost impossible to try to get refunds and deposits back onto my account. I’m having to wait 31 business days for all refunds and deposits to go back. Easier to handle everything in cash or with a real bank. I mainly use this account to just pay bills. Stayed at a hotel and paid $100 deposit fee but needing to wait 31 days to get it back even after the hotel told them that everything was processed through correctly. Seriously though, just use cash or a real bank account.

The this app money card is absolutely amazing,convenient , & easy to use. Choosing to get this card was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Especially when I come to shopping online , transferring money from one account to the another, & to reload money on is FREE charge.

EXCEED has been hit and miss on functionality for a long time, but ever since the last update I have been completely unable to log in at all to check my balance or see transactions. Please update and fix. I know I’m not the only one having these problems since the last update. I’ve tried reaching out to Customer Service and gotten nowhere. They are non-responsive. Would not recommend EXCEED, you are better off logging in on a desktop.

Seriously I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall EXCEED so many times. I will go to check my balance and it’ll say “error please uninstall and reinstall app” this happens multiple times a month. If that’s not the issue it’s “error” and instead of Face ID I’ll have to put in my password. That one doesn’t bother me near as much as the install one. I unfortunately have to use this card because my employer uses it as their pay card and I despise banks so please fix this issue.

I’ve been a money network user for about 8 years. It was issued to me as a walmart associate, I loved it never had a problem. Until I left the company I’ve had two issues with them in the last 3 months first was holding my money for to long after a hotel stay then it was not wanting to issues me a refund when my account was hacked. Each time all the people I spoke with all the supervisors were incredibly rude and contradicted each other. I’m canceling my account as soon as I get my money back

Ever since I got EXCEED have had nothing but problems out of it. Had to change my password twice and reinstall it cause it stopped working. Such a headache please fix this problem.

I refuse to delete/download EXCEED daily just to repeat the steps again the next day. I’ve been a card holder for 2 years. 2 years of hope. There’s no hope left to give. I surrender. I’ve officially delete EXCEED once and for all. The website at least lets me know in slow motion I’m not alone. If slow motion loading continues with the website then I’ll gladly stop all activity. Farewell App. You were only awesome to me upon registering my info upon signing up.

Please do not open an account with these people. There is absolutely no way to close your account. Even when you stop using them and they”close your account”, you can log back in anytime and all your information will still be there. It’s a violation of privacy if I stop using a service and they keep my information for anyone who gets access to the account to use. And their customer service staff is very, very unprofessional.

I guess I’m not the only one who can’t get on through EXCEED ..if you’re reading this and can access your funds online on the money network website

I like your services However can the transfer of funds be quicker for primary to secondary If not why and should I look form some other financial institutions for quicker service.

Usually EXCEED works perfect for me but for some reason I’m assuming that it’s down. Usally I get a warning before then but this time I didn’t I haven’t been able to get money from a piggy bank or use my card for 3 hours. Call the company and waited to someone to pick up and that took a hour then it hung up. This is ridiculous!

The is great I can see both my main acct balance and my piggy bank from home screen with no sign in,however here is the problem that needs fix when I go to sign in with my biometrics it says error every time and it started after the new update and I even try to go into my setting but it won’t let me it just pops a loading sign up and doesn’t do anything past that. Please fix this problem.

Used to love EXCEED. Since the latest update how ever it’s barely usable.
Why on earth did they get rid of Touch ID ?!?! Also unless you’re connected to WiFi it says it’s not a secure site and won’t let you log in. I’m sorry but you have more chance of someone hacking your account through a WiFi connection than cellular.
I don’t mind the 2 step verification. But not every time. Since you no longer have Touch ID anytime you want to do anything you have to sign in using the 2 step.
I’m hoping this is just a glitch in the latest update. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I like the updated this app because I can now view my check stubs without being at work this is great now my question is will I be able to print it out if need be? Just thought I’d ask not that I need to print any of them out now just wanted to get further reference so I’ll know what I can do or need to do in the event this comes up. Thank you for the update!

If you work for Walmart don’t get their pay card by this app. They will do NOTHING to help you if you have a problem. I have an unauthorized transaction, called now I get to wait 7 days for a new card, then wait and for the transaction to fully post so i can call back to dispute it. There fraud team will put holds on your account but NOT notify you, so when you go to the store you get embarrassed because your card is declined even though you HAVE money! The customer service team is Just all around RUDE!!!!

So I’ve used the Money Network app with no problems at all. Yet, this new app has one problem for me. Any time I try to log in it does a two step verification to my email. Who has time to do that every time they try to move money around or check where money was spend etc. I totally hate that! Once or twice a week is okay but every time I try to get in EXCEED is ridiculous! Please fix it.

I really never had a problem with money network everything worked very well. The new app does not allow me to access transactions older than 60 days even though the transactions window was 90 days. Not a biggie, just in convenient 4 stars not 5

EXCEED looks nice, but it’s annoying and extremely inconvenient to have to email verify my device every time I log in. I wish they’d fix this issue so that it remembers my device versus having to do this EVERY time. There’s no box to tick to “remember my device”.

I love EXCEED and it is super easy to use and to get use to. There is one feature not so much with EXCEED but the card/bank. It does not support using Apple Pay witch is a feature I really wanted! Would love to see it added in the future!

I’ve used EXCEED since I got the this app card and I loved the ease of EXCEED . Loved the fact that I could use facial recognition; however since your new update I can’t use that and I have the 2 step verification every time I want to log into EXCEED . This is a hindrance if you are in a hurry. If this is not fixed I will definitely be uninstalling EXCEED. Please fix this or lose a customer.

this app is way better then the money network app! It looks better and is way easier to use and get around! No complaints👍🏾😁

So far it works great on my IPhone 7, I did get a server error once but I completely closed EXCEED out and it worked again

I love using EXCEED it’s very convenient but Face ID stopped working for me for some reason and I hate typing in my password every time
