Went to pay my rent today because the office was “Closed” yesterday. I’ve been living here almost two years now and they never once announced the office was closed on Sunday’s but according to them it’s been like this since February? But when you go on Google, it says the office is open on Sunday’s. Got charged a late fee because of this and they couldn’t even give me a valid reason as to why they never made an announcement of this schedule change. Definitely leaving this fire alarm having ahh apartments when my lease is up!
I have been asking since September for maintenance to fix the locks on my apartments so I can leave and handle my life. I can not leave my apartment due to them not fixing my issue. The one time the maintenance man came to fix the issue he yelled at me in my house because he did not have nessarry equipment and I have asked 5 times for my locks to be fixed, I never had an issue with maintenance before but this is crazy i can’t leave my home because they refuse to fix my locks
I cannot use SunRidgeManagement anymore. I open it and it immediately goes to a “continue” button, but it freezes. Nothing happens. I even reloaded SunRidgeManagement . Very frustrating. No app support for resident.
Will not allow the “agree to terms “ box to be checked after entry of access code?
App is great. No problems for me. I think it’s awesome an apartment complex has something like this for the community.
Submitted maintenance requests two months ago and they never got fixed. Ended up having to go into the office to even get the conversation started to try and fix things. Nothing works and you might as well go back to 1999. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.
