Remote for Samsung Reviews

The idea of a this app for my tv on my phone is a good idea. Not gonna lie, it’s perfect for me when I lose the this app. But there is still issues. After using for a few minutes, around 10 of them, Remote says I need to reconnect WiFi even though it is connected. When I disconnect and reconnect again, it doesn’t work . When I retry a couple times again, it finally works. Not saying it’s bad, but please fix this bug!

Very simple to use and is intuitive. I especially like the touch pad. However, I’d like to see some updates/ more bug fixes. One issue I experienced is that once the TV is off for a few seconds, I can use the phone to turn it on. But a few seconds longer and I can no longer turn it back on with the phone. Remote loses connection with the wifi and TV and I have to use my original TV this app to turn the TV on then reconnect. I would really like to replace the this app and only have to use my phone. I hope this can be fixed. Also, when using the search bar on the TV why not have a keyboard pop up on my phone to type and search with much more efficiently rather than having to swipe around one letter at a time??

I give it a 5 because it simply was there when I needed it. Easy fast download. Not force purchase. Husband lost the this app and volume was on super nova. I couldn’t figure out how to turn the tv down from the buttons. And hold on to a grounded item to keep from getting blown away. Thanks!

Remote works really well but there is a problem with it. I can’t connect this this app to my tv when it’s off so I have to manually turn it on by another this app. After that I have to allow this this app to connect to my tv by using my physical this app. Also, every time my phone turns off, it makes me reconnect it to the tv by using my other physical this app. I got Remote so if I lost my physical this app, I could use Remote, but in order to use his app, I need to connect it with my physical this app.

I went through more than 5 apps with expensive subscriptions that could not find my TV no matter how many time I rebooted and restarted my phone, my router and my TV.

This one easily found and connected to my TV.

I used to love Remote since it was very easy to use and didn’t take up much space. However around two weeks ago it stopped detecting my tv even when they were connected to the same network. It didn’t even detect the TVs that were in the surrounding apartments when before it did. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it around 3 times but I’ve had no luck.

My Samsung tv this app doesn’t work so Remote is the only thing I have that’ll work, but ads kept popping up every five seconds, so I paid for no ads, but the ads kept popping up and to my knowledge there’s no way to get my money back so I’m screwed and the only reason I don’t give it a lower rating is because Remote aside from the ads is perfect so I give credit where it’s due

I got Remote just in case I ever lose my tv this app and it works great. I love how there is a virtual this app and the touchpad is remarkable. I highly recommend Remote. Install this and you will not be disappointed. There are no issues, bugs, or anything bad about Remote. Please install and you will not regret it.

I love this this app! Connects to my tv fast and works perfectly! With having my last this app destroyed by my dog, I needed a new one. It’s fast, free, and easy to use. And at night it’s already lit up because of your phone.

Remote works reasonably well. However, every time you update your iOS, Remote stops working and requires to be re-connected to your TV. No big deal, if you have your original this app since it’s impossible to “allow” the device to be paired to your TV without the original this app. However, why would I need a this app on my phone if I had the original one?

I downloaded Remote because at the moment my control isn’t working and I just put in an order for an new one i so I needed something to control my TV. seeing all the good reviews on Remote i downloaded it hoping it would work but is was disappointed i took to long to connect and really glitchy overall Remote is ok 👌

I love Remote other than the part where h have the ask if I can use this device when I need Remote if I lose my this app and I can’t even use the phone bc I need the this app to say yes or no which is annoying but other than that it’s a pretty cool app.

The return button doesn’t work ,it should take you back to the last channel you had it on but it doesn’t do anything and I consider that a very important feature of the this app

My primary complaint is that the return button does not work at all, which is bizarre. It’s the simplest way to navigate back, so it is mildly irksome that I can’t do so. Besides that, it’s so convenient for when the darn this app gets misplaced!

i mean, Remote is lovely, i love the UI and i love how buttery smooth the connection is, however there should be an option to switch the type of this app after selecting one with the initial setup, that’ll be a nice little feature :)

I unchecked the box allowing access to the extra stuff I don’t want or need. All I needed was a working this app. It doesn’t work and I’m not going to pay or waste time to figure it out. Annoying ads hinder functionality and I assume they would ask me to pay to delete them. I’ll never know because I deleted Remote .

Has a lot of controllers, paired up very easy. Has ads but who really cares when it’s free?! I’ve downloaded so many other apps before and this one just fits over all. It’s serves its job.

Our controller broke so when my dad found Remote I could finally use it for all the apps on the tv and I’m grateful for Remote it helped us thank you!

I couldn’t find my tv this app so I downloaded Remote it then asked me to pick a this app which I thought was super cool but the next step was to click allow on my tv. I then got angry because I didn’t have my tv this app to press allow! Finnaly I found my this app and deleted Remote. But it’s good if u have your this app

Compared to other Samsung TV this app apps this was has been the best one I've used so far. No issues yet. Even opted for no ads since it worked so well.

App works well, but the “this app” on my ipad is huge and i have scroll to get to the buttons i need, even when i hold ipad for portrait view. There is no adjustment to make it smaller. Other than that, it is fine for what i need.

This was a great app when my this app became possessed. You can choose a this app you are comfortable with and the buttons don’t have any lag time. I’m giving it 3 stars because it has a hard time maintaining a connection with the TV.

Have to go into Network Status on TV & find IP address EVERY STINKING TIME I want to use my cell phone to control the TV!! Should only have to set this up ONE TIME & then be able to use any time after!!!
I suggest you update this issue in your next widespread update on ALL your TV’s!!

Like if timed ads is great but the back button works same as home button in apps! Not being able to back out to channel menus is a deal breaker for me !

App works well, but when browsing for something to watch and ads pop up every 30sec to min makes this a useless app, I see no where to buy out of the adds

I downloaded Remote to replace the this app I lost and Remote required me to allow Remote to connect to the tv but to select allow, I need my tv this app that I lost! Would not recommend to anyone downloading to replace a lost or broken this app!!!

You still need the TV this app to ‘ accept’ the connection from iPhone every time. Only shuts off TV , doesn’t turn it on. Short sleep time if not used which means you need to reconnect.

It worked great, but now it won’t connect to TV after the most recent iOS update. Update Remote please?

Developer is crooked. Do not buy. If you remove from your phone ONCE you will be forced to SPEND ANOTHER $7 to get rid of ads again. Horrible. Ads Every single second.

Remote doesn’t connect to my Samsung sound bar. Keeps say connection failed. Found the correct this app but doesn’t connect

Doesn’t work. Crashes right after you select the this app.

Worthless if you don’t have a working this app. If I had the original this app I wouldn’t need Remote!

I can go up, right and left but I can’t go down to select anything. Remote needs work.

Complete waste of time unless you want to know tv up address Will not connect with any this app!

Why in the world would I have to see a freaking ad every 30 seconds on a TV this app?
