Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CRM app issues:

Force Stop the CRM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CRM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CRM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CRM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CRM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CRM.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CRM » "Force Stop".
