One of the worst user experiences. This app is full of random bugs and glitches and is difficult to navigate and use. Keep getting error messages when I try to view opportunities and send emails- then when I try to copy and paste an email there’s a glitch that prevents me from doing so, making me discard the long message I just wrote and retype it all over again. I really hate using this app. Unfortunately there’s no alternative if you’re using Dealersocket and the developers know they have a captive audience- hence no incentive to improve it.

So with the changes they’ve recently made in the last year or so, the app has become extremely hard to work with. It only tracks about 75% of your calls, they made it extremely hard to add notes to prospects you just called and there’s a ton of bugs they still haven’t worked out. Looking at some of the changes they’ve made to the app, it’s almost like they don’t have a clue on how to keep track of dealer prospects. Very disappointed…

It makes ZERO sense that a sales person can’t access their sold units. One can see how many they sold, but forget trying to see the actual customer’s name and profile on the Reporting page under SOLD UNITS!
It takes 2 to 3 extra steps to access the most basic information in this app (if you are actually able to access it).
Just why…..WHY take basic user functions and make it into an “Escape Room” type experience.
