My spouse is somehow using my mobile phone number. I saw "Your number is 919-624-5036." in his phone. I believe my phone line has been linked to the business where he is currently employed. Every gmail I set up gets taken. I don't have the ability to reset passwords which always happens after my first account log in to the new gmail account. My device is new. Last device same thing happened. I have limited use of my iphome13. I get contact your administrator for permission . Could you advise. Thank you Cindy

Digital Secure

I downloaded this on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It made my phone act crazy. It started lagging really bad and when I did the IOS 15 software update, I literally could not get my Wi-Fi to stay connected. It would only come on for a split second and go back off. The VPN on phone kept going on and off consistently. Didn’t even realize app had a VPN. If it doesn’t have a VPN then it just apparently freaked out the VPN slide button on settings. I don’t think this app has a VPN UNLESS you are using Wi-Fi. It doesn’t protect your browsing when you are just using LTE or 5G. The app would never let me turn on the actual browser protection. Every time I tried turning it on it would search and search and then suddenly stop. App has good ratings but did not work very well for me at all and I have been a Verizon Customer for over 20 years. This supposedly comes with my plan even though I’d recently just realized they offered the protection.

Terrible coverage

I have found that many times when I check my safe and secure it is not working. I always have to go in and switch it on it has been the worst service I’ve ever had. I am now worried that my service has been hacked and have had to call and spent countless hours on the phone with customer service representative and the fraud department to ensure that my phone has not been hacked. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service I have received and have Proof of the countless hours that my phone was not protected or my Internet service. It will be great if someone would contact me on my cell phone so that we can discuss a refund for all the countless hours that I did not receive the protection that I thought I would receive with this service.

Paying for 3 devices and only works on one

I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and every time I have to manually turn on VPN, then when I’m using data it shows VPN on??? No matter what I do, multiple calls to Verizon it still lists me as a basic user… However I pay for the TMP multiple device $50 dollars a month (Verizon) for 3 devices only to be told 1. it doesn’t work on my 12.9 iPad Pro at all or my iphone. Says I’m a basic user, tried adding device through the app links and Verizon app but nothing works. Even the Verizon tech support couldn’t give me an answer. Basically paying for device insurance when I already have apple care for that?!!!! Absolute Waste of $50 dollars a month plus I can’t cancel according to verizon.
