Is there anyway to get a refund? This is so horrible idk what happened to it, it makes my phone unusable and it never connects then everything is off line unless I turn off vpn all together. I’ve never had this problem except for the past week but it’s been a everyday thing. It’s constantly trying to connect. I’ve used suggested locations, I’ve reset my vpn settings. Whatever changes you guys made recently impacted your services in a bad way. Idk if you cut back on servers or changed up using cheaper software but it’s something on your end bc my phone works great without your services but I no longer have protection. I just won’t a refund for the reminder of my subscription.

At first the app was great! Connected fast and didn’t slow down internet speeds at all. About a month in the app would take 30-60 seconds to connect. I would have to turn off the VPN, close the app and then turn it back on for it to connect.
Recently I upgraded my phone and now the App will not let me sign in and I paid for a year subscription. Tried to rest my password but it will not send me an email to reset password. Lost about 6 months of use of the VPN. Just not reliable

With the latest iOS updates, I am not able to turn on Freedome in my iPhone X because the when it is “ON” the phone immediately goes to LTE.
Before I knew this I talked to a genius and apple ended up giving me a new machine, only to come home and have the same problem again. Then I noticed the conflict. I called and spoke to Apple, and they will look into this but Freedome also needs to do something about the incompatibility.
I just renewed my subscription to Freedome....
